- 1. Motherboard on the anti-static mat
- 2. add CPU. touch only the edges!! match lower left corners
- 3. add RAM (check correct double channel slots)
- 4. remove mounted cppu fan brackets, then add the ones for liquid cooler
- 5. add NVMe disk
- 6. prepare the case: remove side panels, hard disk cage, fans
- 7. add I/O shield, check right orientation with motherboard (circles for mini jacks usually at the bottom)
- 8. add liquid cooler fans (front intake with radiator on the internal side)
- 9. add necessary cables to power supply, at least: 24pins to m/b, 8pins to CPU, 8pins to graphic card, 1 SATA
- 10. plug cables into power supply, then screw it the bottom of the case (face down)
- 11. add stand-offs for motherboard form factor (could be already there by manufacturer), do not overtight
- 12. insert motherboard aligning with I/O shield, don't force it!
- 13. screw down m/b, should be eight/nine screws (depending on the central, do not overtight
- 14. connect front panel cables to m/b (look up manual for correct pins), USB3 on the right side
- 15. connect 24pins (middle right) + 8pins (top left) PS cables to m/b. check the clip on the plug with the latch on the m/b
- 16. add fan (only one) at the back
- 17. add liquid cooler head on the cpu
- 18. connect fans + cooler to m/b
- 19. add graphic card (usually top PCIe), need to remove two expansion slots covers
- 20. connect graphic card to PS
- . tie all wires
- 99. break a leg!
