Alex: Currently, she's out in the wilderness around Hardhack and Snowberry acting as a bodyguard for some archeologists who she describes as hippies.  Lucian's tone with her was more flirty/sexual and guilt stricken, its almost like he wanted her to beat him up or push him around.  Alex has learned by now that countering this with feminine things ("I'm gonna start wearing dresses and heels", or "i'm gonna grow my hair out") is an effective way to tease drunkLucian, so there was a lot of that.  She seemed confused why he's still acting all guilty.

Sue: Sue's in Dahlia digging up any info she can on Adelaide Silk - it ain't much so far.  Lucian was more mushy gushy and jealous with her.  It was clear she was out drinking too, and drunk her was less sassy than usual and explained pretty clearly nothing sexual or romantic happened betwen her and Night Shade, and that Lucian should know better than to get trolled by him at this point.  At one point she asks why he's confusing the hell out of Alex, and that's when Lucian stopped messaging her.

Snaps: A mess of flirting, venting, and begging for advice.  Most of it is Lucian asking for advice on what to tell the others he's messaging.  She seems to find this hilarious and very entertaining, so plays along and offers advice, and sometimes mislead him (there was a lot of "you should tell the tomboy you want her to do X to you" that you either luckily ignored, paraphrased, or drunk texted so bad you can't tell what you were saying).  Once it was clear Sue and Alex were messaging each other Lucian panicked and started only messaging her, which she found hilarious.  By the end of the night you were discussing dumb mundane things like favorite snacks and what you think the dumbest looking Pokemon are.
