We lied! Instead of 3 games, we are giving you the choice of any game! We gave everyone an example of SMB3, you are free to use that game or choose any other NES game you want. We do recommend sticking to a game that you can find documentation on if you don't have time to find or learn new strats, but that choice is completely up to you.

In this contest since some of these games may require a long amount of time to complete, we want to limit the TAS to 10 minutes or less. So instead of focusing on beating the game, you should focus on making the run as exciting/awesome looking as possible. You can beat the game if you can do it under 10 minutes, but it's highly recommended you make sure it's as entertaining as possible.


A few examples:

Tetris: You could try and make the blocks display a logo or word instead of actually completing Tetris.

Excitebike: Could have you be the most ruthless racer ever and knock all other racers off their bike on your path to victory!

Monopoly: Very RNG heavy but bankrupting the CPU as quick as possible while owning all properties would be great.

Again you are free to come up with your own ideas. Just be sure to have your entries submitted before 2PM on Friday May, 5th.
