Proclamation of Rights and Offer of Conditional Acceptance

To Whom It May Concern:
(More specifically, to the applicable law enforcement agencies of Orange County, Florida and The State of Florida)

At this time I am going to request that you stop contacting and harassing me or any agents of myself in ANY regard or fashion, such as, but not limited to; phone, email, VOIP, messages in a bottle, carrier pigeons and/or postal mail and/or any other form of analog/physical or electronic communications until such time that you can provide me with evidence that I have committed said "crimes". As of the time of this writing, January 25th, 2019 I do not believe, and have never believed that I have committed the alleged "crimes" you have charged me with. Any such previous admission of guilt was made under duress and I here now formerly absolve all contractual obligations to such claims. Again, I would like to reiterate that until such time as you can provide me with video and audio evidence or other sufficient evidence that I have even committed a "crime" I would like you to formerly cease and desist with any further efforts to contact me or any such agent of myself. At such time that you provide me with the requested evidence of the crime, I would also like to be notified of in writing as to whom the victim of said "crime" is so that I may provide them with appropriate restitution for whatever losses or injuries I may have caused to said victim. I would also like to inform the governor of Florida that I fled the fine State of Florida FOR A REASON. I was kidnapped by law enforcement officers under false charges and then taken to a facility (Orange County Corrections Department) on July 1st, 2017, where I was then physically assaulted and psychologically, physically, spiritually and mentally tortured for approximately 3 weeks. I now suffer from PTSD, generalized anxiety, paranoia and a general distrust of the government because of it. I am NOT seeking damages from the Orange County government at this time and currently have no plans of inserting myself back into the judicial system to seek such damages, however I do reserve the right to do so should I *choose* to do so.

The government and acting agencies of Orange County, Florida have NO jurisdiction over me or any right to assume authority over myself, any agent of myself. I am a free and sovereign human who has been bestowed unalienable rights by my Creator, who in fact has supreme authority. If at such time you decide to contact me again, I would also like you to demonstrate to me in writing that your government (State of Florida or Orange County, Florida or City of Orlando) has ANY authority of me in the first place. (They do not.)

I'd be happy to reopen communications with the previously listed agencies of Florida, Orange County and the City of Orlando when my conditions have been met:

1) I need physical evidence (video and audio) that I have even committed said crime in the first place. Just because you said I committed a crime isn't going to fly with *this* criminal. Specifically, I want the body cameras from the two arresting officers from the morning I was kidnapped as well as additional video evidence from the DOC where I was then taken in and immediately assaulted.

2) I need proof in writing that The State of Florida, The City of Orlando and/or The Orange County Government has any authority over me in the first place. I'm not sure at what time I agreed to voluntarily and/or contractually agree to such a governing authority over me. (Thank you for the offer, but I already have submitted myself to a more supreme authority.)

I'm going to explain this one more time, because I know this is probably a lot to take in and it may be hard for the average civil servant to take in in one sitting...

DO NOT CONTACT ME. PERIOD. *UNLESS* YOU CAN MEET MY CONDITIONS WE HAVE NOTHING MORE TO TALK ABOUT. THANK YOU.
