This beautiful and delicate violin has been crafted from a light-weight
wood carved into the the common egg-shape of a violin with a cinched-in
centre. The long neck of the violin supports the eight sheep-gut strings
which reach down in perfectly-straight lines towards the bottom of the
violin, the string taut and ready for playing. This violin's surface has
been dyed swirling hues of orange, red, and yellow to represent the
autumn season. Outlined in gold, several large maple leaves have been
inked upon the violin, the drawings spreading over several hues within
each individual leaf.
