PvPClub Staff Application

(I originally made this application on 5/30/19 but decided to edit it more. If there's anything that's not relevant anymore that’s why.)

How long have you been playing PvP Club? - Almost a month.

Do you have any videos of you being staff? - Don't believe I have any videos. But I have a lot of experience. (Previous servers didn't require recordings of bans, just screenshots)

Have you been staff on any other server? - If so, what server, what role were you, or if you were demoted/promoted/left. - I've been staff on a lot of servers. Rise, ReverseHCF, and RecoilMC. Probably the most notable one was AceHCF. It got 65-70 players on SOTW and I was Plat-Admin on the server. I left the server due to DDoS threats and general toxicity. It was hard to staff on because there were a lot of toxic people, but in the long run I still found it fun because I was making player’s times better.

Why do you want to join the staff team? - The staff team seems really chill, but the main reason is because a lot of times when I'm on there's no staff online or no staff online that aren't AFK. There has been many instances on the server where if there were more active/non-sleeping (lol) staff on, situations would be resolved/handled a lot faster and lead to players not getting mad and leaving the server. An example I can give is when Mets got on the server and griefed it. (Had to reset KitMap which made a lot of people mad.) That whole situation could have been resolved with a simple /blacklist. Another reason is people spamming/being toxic get let off because there are no staff on. I'm extremely active on the server (I don't sleep) and I think I could benefit the server. <- I’ve found multiple glitches and told rar. Also gave suggestions on things to improve the server.

Why should we accept you? - I feel like the server has a lot of potential. I've donated money to the server to help it out. (Don’t know how to word the previous sentence, don't take it as a bribe.) The reason I believe the server has a lot of potential is because of how dedicated the server owner is. He has made around 300 (Probably a lot more) dollars off of store.pvpclub.ga (shameless plug) and he has spent $125 on the anti-cheat alone. Not only that but he doesn’t use leaked plugins. He doesn’t try to spend as little money as possible. He believes the server could grow so he invests money into it to help it grow. Not only is money being invested in the server, but the amount of time being invested into the server in a ratio compared to how much the server is making shows how dedicated the staff team is. The staff team seems so friendly to each other. It's not like other servers where there's competition to be the BEST EVER STAFF MEMBER. There's a little banter and inside jokes. This would make the staffing process extremely fun. I love how extremely passionate the community is for the server. It's common to see people typing store.pvpclub.ga and 'TOP RANK ONLY $15 DOLLAR'. I haven't staffed on a server in a while and I think it would be a good experience. And as I stated previously there are a lot of situations where more staff would be helpful. Even if it is just one or two more staff for SOTW. Anything helps.

Any extra information? Multiple staff have told me that I'm hard to tell if I'm joking or not. But all jokes aside, I think this server is great for how big it is. I love how dedicated the community is and it would be a pleasure being staff on here. Even if I don't get accepted I will still play and enjoy the server, and continue to support you guys. (extra bit of information) I’m used to a lot of staff procedures and I don’t think it would be hard to learn a new one. If I get staff I hope to have a good time helping out a community.  Thanks!
