- Preheat waffle iron.
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- dash of cinnamon
- half dash of nutmeg
- Blend well in food processor, add a few more oats if too watery.
- Transfer from food processor to measuring cup for pouring, pour into waffle iron and clamp closed for 10 minutes.
- Tease up the edges with a spatula as opening, lift free and enjoy!
