  43. [W] A Tiny, Tiny, Clever Commander : Auto-Cast. Nazrin sends a rat to latch onto another Hero. Heroes that already have a rat on them or moving towards them cannot be targeted. While traveling, the rat is spell immune but can be killed by attacks. If the target is an ally, the rat will heal and restore mana over 2 seconds, and if it’s an enemy, the rat will deal physical damage while stealing mana and some unreliable gold, giving them to Nazrin when it returns. The number of rats Nazrin can have, active or inactive, is limited, and any dead ones respawn after 50 seconds.

The bounty increases by a flat amount equal to half the damage enemies dealt to the mound, the total multiplied by a percentage for each enemy hero that was killed near it.
