Carnell's Pin (Slotless)

This polished ornate pin features the design of a coiled slumbering dragon, wings closed and head resting on crossed forelegs.
If the wearer receives energy or spell resistance from a spell, ability, or effect, that energy or spell resistance improves by 1.
In addition the wearer can, three times per day as a free action, activate the pin to channel a small amount of stored elemental energy. When you use this ability, your next successful attack before the end of your turn deals an additional 1d6 of fire, cold, or electricity damage. If your attack misses, this charge is lost.
