  1. Name: Dark Fondant
  2.
  3. Gender: Male
  4.
  5. Race: goo Pony
  6.
  7. Special: Goo: passive; Being made of goo and slime has a load of benefits. You're able to fit through small areas, you can squeeze through cracks, and you can store things inside yourself. You can choose to form yourself as a pony, stay in a more blobby shape, or swap between them at will. In combat you have DC-1 to free yourself from grapples and other physical binding and restricting effects.
  8.
  9. Special: Toxic Slime: passive; You are a distant descendant of the Smooze, leading to others treating you with caution and skepticism. Your slimy body is poisonous and all your unarmed attacks have the Poisoned tag. You can also poison your own or an ally’s weapon as a normal action. This poison lasts for X turns, where X is [Roll - 5].
  10.
  11. Class: Warlock [Necromancer/Mage]
  12. Tartarian Power: spell; Demonic power fuels your minion, and their rolls are all critical (hit or miss) until combat ends or you take an action to end the effect. Critfail makes target berserk, hostile, or possessed and lasts until they fall helpless. Can also target allies.
  13.
  14. Skills:
  15. (1) Elementalist: passive; When you choose this skill, select an elemental type (fire, ice, lightning, etc); the elements you select can be applied to all other spells you know, adding their effect to the spell. This skill can be taken multiple times to gain or create additional elements.
  16. Element: Acid: corrosive slime bubbles forth from your spells, damaging objects struck by it. Successful Spell/attack rolls apply a stack of corrosion, at five stacks corrosion is applied to the target hit and the stacks reset. Weapons take stacking -1s to damage, armor/hide takes +1s to damage recieved. Concentrated application can melt organic matter and corrode metal, stone remaining unaffected.
  17.
  18. (1) Homing Magic: Spell, Recharge 2 after effect ends; On success, summons a magical projectile, plus an additional one for every point you pass the roll by, to a maximum of 5 on a critical. The projectiles follow you around, and any number of them can be launched as an instant ranged-spell action, rolling separately for each.
  19.
  20. (1) Lifestream: recharge 1, spell; Saps life from a target, leaving it a rotting husk. A critical hit drains all the life in an enemy, killing it instantly and leaving a corpse for raising or other use. You may use the sapped life to restore hits equal to half the damage done (rounded up) to one of your minions or party members on any success.
  21.
  22. Special Talent:
  23. Hunger for knowledge: Dedicating himself to research and study, Dark Fondant has devised a Rapid, if destructive, method of quickly taking in information from text and scrolls. When examining a written work, such as books, scrolls or papers, User can opt to consume the article, absorbing the knowledge but destroying it in process.
  24.
  25. Trained Talent:
  26. Skeletal servant: Begin the game with a set of animated bones, under the command of the caster. Unless 'equipped' by the caster, it cannot assist in combat, remaining inert. Counts as a minion for the purposes of Tartarian power while inert, the effect active only while equipped.
  27.
  28. Hits/Wounds: DF: 5/5
  29.
  30. Weapon and/or Catalyst:
  31.
  32. Runed slime core [catalyst]: by focusing his magically charged slime, Dark Fondant can use his mass to send spells bubbling forth from his body, heating his body to a boil if overused.
  33.
  34. Minotaur Skull: The skull of an old hero, ripped from it's body. Etched with words of power, it remains 'attached' to the body, allowing Dark Fondant to control the bones by settling himself into the ribcage and resetting the head onto it's spine. Currently worn by Dark Fondant, using the thick skull to protect his core.
  35.
  36. Minotaur Skeleton: the body of an old hero, missing it's skull. Etched with words of power, it dutifully follows the holder of it's skull, sturdy enough to carry DF's things but useless in a fight unless puppeted by the warlock.
  37. Iron Greatsword [great]: Strapped across the skeleton's back, it lies unused, the bones unable to lift the weapon unless 'fleshed out' by DF's slime.
  38.
  39. Character Traits:
  40. - Hailing from the Marshlands, Dark Fondant travels the Pilgrim's way to gather knowledge and study the magic of the land around it.
  41. - Holds the bones of an unnamed hero in his command, subservient yet too weak to fight alone, Forcing the goo pony to control it himself by hiding in the ribs and flowing outward to fill in as muscle.
  42.
  43. - Highly corrosive, Dark Fondant eats via external digestion, organic matter melting into more goo to fill him. Do NOT touch!
  44.
  45. - Simmering temperament, Df is quick to boil over when angry.
  46.
  47. - preferring to not engage in combat (wastes good mass) His attitude changes when using the powered-up skeleton, the tartarian energies influencing him towards more carnage.
