Just installed Linux Mint 19 Mate on a cherrytrail system. it just took a isorespin.sh to add bootefi32.
after upgrading the entire system, even the wlan works.
so

     CONGRATULAIONs.

the only other one is fedora 27, 28 has quirks with wlan again.

the only relevant complaint is that it works only unencrypted. wpa2 starts and then interrupts asking for the password again.

is there a workaround for that?
