Firelink Shrine- 1x Shortsword, 1x Dagger, 1x Homeward bone(optional) Infuse Shortsword with Fire Gem.

Highwall- 2x Lightning Resin, Throwing Knives, Talk to emma for banner.

Vordt - 15 R1 to stagger 19 to kill

Undead settlement- Alluring skulls(optional), Light bonfire(optional) C,harcoal Pine Bundles, Estus shard, Charcoal Pine resin, Kill lizard for sharp gem.

Cursed Rotted Greatwood- Hit the sacks, pop vordt soul, 1x homeward bone, Greatwood skip(Time a jump to be midair and quitout during boss death text. This brings them to the beginning of the arena.)

Farron Keep skip- Found by Distortion2, Saves 1:30-2:00. First big skip of the run.

Farron Keep Perimeter- Pick Up sellsword twinblades and Farron coal.

Abyss Watchers- Watchers glitch, Tumblebuff fire resin, Dupe Abyss watchers soul.

Catacombs- Kill wizard skelly for Bone ash, Fence skip(optional), pick up Large shard and Grave wardens ashes.

Wolnir- Tumblebuff Fire resin, hit bracelets til dead. Pop Abyss watchers soul when fight ends.

They will run to the bridge and cast spook and dupe the abyss watchers soul. Drop down and run to the bonfire which will later be used for ODK at the end of the run.

Firelink Shrine 2- 12x Titanite shard, 11x homeward bones. Upgrade to +3 Twinblades, infuse sharp gem, upgrade estus flask, allot estus. Level 39 dex and use bone ash at bonfire. Warp to Farron Keep Perimeter bonfire.

They run to sage and pick up 4x Blossom and the Grass Crest shield (stamina shield)

Crystal Sage- Instant soulmass(orbs above head, best rng possible) or parry, charcoal bundle, riposte and spam l1. Easy

Run to deacons-Light cathedral bonfire, estus shard near hollows, Pick up LLoyds sword ring, dont die to the giant. Tough running segment of the run.

Deacons- Annoying boss, follow the lights. Use Charcoal bundle for Archdeacon.Warp to last rested when it dies.

Enter DLC and bone to shrine. Warp to Wolnir bonfire.

Irithyll- Kill pontiff dog for Pontiff Right eye ring, Irithyll skip found by ThisHEX Best skip ever. Saves around 40 seconds.
Light distant manor bonfire, run to pontiff, doggos.

Pontiff- Parry, l1x2, parry, l1x2, spam l1 he ded.

Run to aldrich- Pick up Easterners ashes, Big elevator then they light the bonfire after elevator. Crazyland will warp to upgrade to +6 here.

Aldrich- Hit him until he dies. Warp to distant manor.

Run to yhorm - pick up Pale pine resin(optional), cast spook and spook quitout to skip irithyll dungeons 2nd half. They run past gargoyle light bonfire and pick up the bone ash. Spook quit out again to skip the ladder. Cast spook to jump down and run past fire mages.

Yhorm -Stormruler 5 hits. Pop deacons soul.

Dancer- Dupe deacons soul(optional), Kill emma, Apply bleed resin, Staggers in 9 hits.

Run to Oceiros -Light Lothric Castle bonfire, spook down elevator, Pick up Titanite chunk. Equip Assassins Helm, chest and Heralds gloves and legs. Optimal armor setup for Oceiros.

Oceiros- Lightning Resin, Blossom spam l1

Run to Dark firelink shrine- Grab gesture for later and light bonfire. Warp to profaned capital.

Run to wyvern- Pick up xanthous ashes use gesture to warp to Archdragon peak.

Wyvern- Dupe Yhorm soul,Wyvern skip, grab Steel protection ring.

Archdragon peak - Run to Great Belfry bonfire, pick up Dragon Chaser Ashes Warp to shrine.

Firelink shrine 3- +9 weapon, Lightning resin, lightning bundles. Warp to lothric castle.

Run to Dragon Slayer armor- Quitout through dragon fire

Dragon slayer armor- Crazyland will bait backslams from the boss to make strafing and hits easier

Grand Archives- 2nd hardest running segment of the game.

Twin Princes- Lightning resin, Unlocked to strafe better

Champion gundyr- This boss is the tutorial boss but in the past. You parry and do l1s.

Firelink 4- Place Lords ashes on thrones and Upgrade to +10 and 29 stamina. Kill waifu warp to dlc1

DLC1- Vilhelm skip, hardest skip in the game arguably. Found by Distortion2. Old version used Crow quills weapon before they were patched and dist found a new version. They light the bonfire mid skip for later.

Friede- 3 phase boss. Throw knife at the beginning of Phase 2 to manipulate her ai so she jumps over you.

DLC2- Run through ashey hell, Do Angel skip found by ThisHEX

Demon Princes- Spam l1 with lightning resin. Bleed resin for phase 2. Grab banner warp to Ringed city.

Partake Skip- Known glitch made useful by Distortion2. You aggro the bug to a certain spot using parrys. Hopefully the bug doesn't commit suicide. cast spook and he attacks you and you clip out of bounds and spook quit to end up in the shortcut for DLC2. This saves quite a bit of time. Open shortcut light bonfire

Elevator Clip- Found by distortion2. They use the stormruler and parries to time themselves perfectly to clip through the ceiling using the elevator. Saves 35 seconds compared to doing Partake 2.

Midir- They hit him certain amounts and stand in correct positions to manipulate his ai. Very easy boss but can lose a lot of time if you mess up. Use Lightning bundles. Bone to last rested.

Run to Halflight- Pickup Chloranthy +3 using elevator secret entrance. Run to halflight

Halflight- Blossom + Lightning resin. Backstab priest minion and kill him. Use the combo for halflight l1 l2 r1 l1 l2 r1 l1 found by distortion2

Gael- Blossom spam l1. Staggers every 5 hits. Lightning isn't needed despite the fact people think so. It only saves 2 hits if used over the course of the entire fight.

Cinder- Staggers in 5.5-8 hits. Lightning resin.

Gravetender- lightning resin spam l1

Nameless king- Lightning resin, If the giant chicken dives at the player immediately then thats the good opener. Spam l1 on nameless.

Old demon king- Lightning bundle spam l1 quit out end run
