point 1: decision to kick me was wrong, you gave me a 10 second ultimatum to switch a ROLE when i was ready to pull and in the correct spec, you were the ones holding up the raid. Composition was wrong, and your statement of 1 healer per 5 players would work if all healers perfomed about as well as i do, I am fine with people not reaching my numbers, but the raid needs to adapt to that fact. Classic composition for all raids in legion is 2 tanks, and 1 healer per 3 dps with posibilities of expanding the total number of dps by 2, if healers are good. e.g. 2/2/6-8; 2/3/9-11; 2/4/12-14 and so on.
point 2: Yes, you are the guild leader and the raid leader and you have the final say, i never argued that and always was just voicing my opinion, if there is nothing wrong, i have nothing to say
point 3: Never said people are getting worse, even though the raid may be because we are adding random people not even from our guild. That being said, saying we're clearing this tier faster than ToS has no value, look at Mythic clear dates, ToS took over 2 months, Antorus was cleared first or second week - clearly its easier.
point 4: Yes we're complaining for some time, I have tried multiple ways of reaching out to you including personally written guides for everyone, as far as i know, nobody saw that and even you ignored the remarks i made to you. Yesterday i tried to speak to you, yet you stonewalled me and stopped responding at a point - also a private conversation. I am trying to reach out to the guild to raise some awareness and I'm not the only one who has a problem with how things are going, only one of the few who are not afraid to voice my concerns.
