  1. Gonna repeat what I always said, even before the first cs:go attempt.
  2.
  3. If you have a CS:GO and CSS server, you will kill MN completely.
  4. Only one can survive.
  5.
  6. Other points are worth taking into account, but that is the major factor and please refer to my avatar picture (purple elephant). I think MN missing that.
  7.
  8. Other factors are minor, such as;
  9.
  10. warden quality
  11. admin numbers
  12. server starters
  13. lenient of rules
  14. admin regulations/members
  15. maps volume

  23. This post I'm gonna talk about me for a change!
  24.
  25. When I use to do 12 hour+ days on xJB I would always be the first person on the server at 6/7am. It never took more then a few minutes for the next few people to join.
  26.
  27. However now I not as interested, not an admin and had a few emotional banning issues I do not have undying love for certain servers anymore.
  28.
  29. I always notice it was the same few people (10-20) people who would always be the next 4 people to join. And I knew of the other people who would be the first to join the server if I was not there, cause sometimes they beat me there!
  30.
  31. When one of them early players got banned, I noticed it. Often I would explain the situation on how they would get the server going, and how they were a key player and the banning admin would often unban them when I was an admin in xJB and FG. As in xJB banning admins would often be happy to move the ban, and in FG at the time, I had my great mate, who by chance was head admin to he got betrayed by another power crazy friend of mine (they were not friends). However my great mate who we would mobile chat every night (love) really understood the this key first players.

  37. "Higher admins" in our flat base admin structure?
  38.
  39. I really was just adding to what Superhans was saying. BTW good post Superhans!
  40. So does Destroyer, some good points made above.
  41.
  42. Now my lord who chooses what can and can't be said about how a server starts up everyday and how that effects the said server, as well as how actions can be taken to alter that, and what sort of change may that cause. I will just say something like you would say, eg: "we need less bugs on cs:go".
  43.
  44. Also there no need to quote a post if your replying to the post above you .

  48. Sadly again I have to -1 this application, even that J0elyboii is a PU member.
  49.
  50. I have had vast workings with the respected player and have found that he often lies or misleads on purpose.
  51.
  52. For example, he lied about how he made Hax quit, he lied about how he did not give me permission to make the video about him. he lied about how he doesn't edit his videos on purpose to make people look bad or how he encourage people to target others he does not lie.
  53.
  54. Also he has shown poor past judgements in the pass, he has often sided with guilty players just because he is friends with them, not only that, but also posting unsuccessful ban request showing that he does not have the judgement to be ab capable admin.
  55.
  56. Giving this respected late night game player who is fearful of going on in busy periods is high risk. In fact so high I believe the risk out ways any reasonable foreseeable gain.
  57.
  58. So in conclusion of a J0elyboii, I do believe he has a future within Momentum Networks, however that future is best outside the rule enforcement area.

  91. 10 and 24?
  92.
  93. What do them numbers mean to the PU.
  94.
  95. 10 more days to we (PU) apply for official recognition.
  96. 24 is the number of signed members.
  97.
  98. Also there is two announcements.
  99.
  100. C3pec is being removed as 2nd Officer for being inactive since taking this post.
  101.
  102. Which leaves the position open, and after careful consideration from the 3 members who applied I have appointed Retrodawn.
  103.
  104. Retro is a long term player who has the calmness to deal with difficult situations.
  105. Also he has shown great expertise running mini-game competitions for MN in the pass.
  106.
  107. Retrodawn will serve MN well with the responsibilities of Member Integrity.
  108.
  109. If not that all, two members have spoken to myself about a counselling program for PU members, and perhaps others.
  110.
  111. So I move the motion;
  112. A counselling program be set up by the PU.
  113.
  114. Officer Raymond.
  115.

  118. I personally think the end is here, I don't want it to be, but I think its the most likely outcome.
  119.
  120. Now I never been one to sit in a teamspeak channel, talking about LOL/DOTA/WOW while handing out bans, pretending to understand the flow of the community. I actually been there, in the middle, trying to grow this form of JB which I love, as much as you, I dedicated websites, youtube channels, facebook groups and even once considered making a server with a friend, but pulled out because I knew I wouldn't be the right person to be in charge of a online community (Knowing your own limitation is very important). Some part of me wishes I done that, because I know this form of JB had potential, it just need a right base to work well. I seen the different reason to why these sort of servers fail, from Azzar to wolfie, viper to MN and seen the reason why MIA fell so far and Vortex so little. From the first time I ever set on to JB I was amazed, Trident gaming was it name, a non-prewarn server, I was so exited, after a hour I had the courage to go on the guard force and give it a try, I loved it even more. I ventured out more, I went on xJB and because I was slow to follow orders I died (pre-warn and non-pre-warn servers differences). When Trident was empty, I only wanted more JB, I went back to the server I believe I had been murdered on, xJB. I played, with the JB confident I had gathered so quickly because I was already a over confident fellow in the real world I went on to be a very strict and serious, but then liberterian warden sometimes on xJB. Getting in my first argument with a admin called Crasha, a great mate of Ollie, the server tech of xJB, I got angry, I gunned him down in a gun check and got my first ever ban for 2 hours. I went on the forums, which if not for that ban, how different things would of been. Another admin called FÂŽ3akyH@bb!t$ paid the $60 dollar yearly admin fee for me, I was wrapped, not just for the admin, but someone from overseas liked my wardening so much they paid for me to have admin and never would a freekiller kill my wardening fun. Wardening sometimes 18 hours a day. I was server 1. I was in love with the game to much, I actually cost myself relationships and friends. Then I met my greatest nemesis, he had two victims in his target, he was a fat 24 year old unemployed gent from Sydney who had declared war on me. He spent every moment of his day, stalking my profiles, creating anti-Raymond sites, hate videos and his thread, ask Tony Danza anything with 100's of post, with every answer being a detailed response of how bad Raymond was with his bleach hair. As I had been use to the problems of stalking, having always had someone at some stage showing great interest in myself because of my enthusiasm and initiative on matters in the real world or the online world I dealt with it to lightly, I engaged with a puppet video, mocking him back. looking back however, this player was a real danger to my physical well being, knowing my address and I believe approaching me in person (making a trip from another state to do so), after all I was still a child, a very cute child (Wink). Lucky for myself he was based in Sydney and never had consent access to my person. Still passing through that, I kept and still keep my information freely afloat because I will always be available and will never be bullied unless a real threat is in existence to my safety as I value self preservation highly. Then a surprise, xJb was over, no need to go into the reason, but there was a split, FG/xJB. I was auto banned from FG. I stayed with xJB, I done a lot to try and reboot it. However Viper new tech was to slow, I sat on the server, sometimes getting alright numbers, do my best. I stayed with xJB. I was the last person to leave xJB. I stayed till its last days. I was the last poster, I posted highly interesting things, people would be dying to read and comment on, even at my own loss. However people came and seen, but the only person who wanted to talk was the Sydney guy who echoed every word back to FG. Then xJB was officially dead, I was left stranded. I could not go down hill, I had the good Jailbreak drug, I wasn't going back to a 2nd class server, one of them 2 or 3 small floating servers or the Trident/Surf/Mr. The only one I could stand was Trident, but it was not what I needed. I approached a person I was friends with and was a head admin. We ended up forming a gang of 3, our classic gang which every night spoke about every subject for 4 hours. We loved each other, but even that he was a head, he refuse to jeopardise his position with Wolfman. I never pushed the issue, cause I valued our friendship, I didn't want to force him to pick, because I probably wouldn't like the answer, but also if he did, it would of not been done in a way I felt good with, however the 3rd person became a head admin, one of the 4, one was a inactive NZ, possible going for a long holiday after a fight at a wedding, Wolfman, and 2 really close friends. Then came the trick, he put down the unbanning for one day to give him a chance, then just never reissued the ban. I was unbanned, there was protest long and far, from senior admins, but 2 of the 3 blues (heads) were not going to stop me, however the group sorta feel apart after that. The gang of 3 died, why, because of me. Yes because of me. I shamefully killed it because I wouldn't leave JB for our chats anymore, after all I was addicted. I needed AusJB. No time for a girl friends, no time for my best mate. I couldn't see no wrong in my action. I was wardening. I was winning, I was entertaining and I was doing a great job at it. I had followers, not because of power, not because of rank, but for a real genuine reason, people liked my performance, people liked me. Even that I was getting positive feed back in the real world, it wasn't nearly as good as what I was getting in the online world. Now I know I ended the gang of 3, and some could suggest I may of created that group to use it to get pass Wolfman, I never unban him till the day I die rule, he or his tech had even gone to the effort of placing a script which ban anyone using the name Raymond, but I had done it. I had got back to my addiction. All I can say is I never planned to use these two, but I will admit that I'm almost certain one of them had a bit of a gay crush on me, and I never shot him down for it like I normally would do because I wanted back to the addiction. I got admin again, this time I had to pay the $15 dollars for it. I was back at the top, the gang of 3 had fallen, in fact the other two had a fight some months later, and the 1st one back stabbed the 2nd one, who then got back stabbed by the replacement of the 2nd one (longy). Yes, one of the senior and anti-Raymond campaigners. I had lost my connections to the top, but did that stop my cockiness. Hell no it did not. People often commented on my over confidences in the real world at that time, I could only imagine/remember how bad I was. I made friends or enemies everywhere I went. People loved me, people hated me, people loved to hate me, ever way, I still had Sydney stalking me, but he was just a pawn in my chessboard of JB, this was my world, and I did it my way. I spoke my view, no matter who it offended. I admitted when I was wrong, stood my ground when I was right, but then an injustices Longy and friends, such as nerdrage ect done a anti-Raymond coup, my admin was gone, and for no reason at all, I had been permed for freekilling someone holding a unholsted AK. The message was clear, the game had changed. There was to be no 2 hour bans, there was to be no freedom gamers. It was gonna be order, respect and hierarchy, it was the dark ages of AusJB. As CSS was at its greatest, the number were still great. Longy was there to hold it back from going global like it did in MIA days. Most know what happen from that, how longy was ultimately back stabbed after years of abuse like Muammar Gaddafi. He was a bad bloke, only done his own interest at the cost of everyone else, but he did spend years to be hurt so badly, your gotta feel sorry for him, but he did force me to LatersPigs, were the 1st guy from the Gang of 3 had started his own server, after being removed in the Longy rampage. It went well, it had a regular player base, but it was never going to work, because the people he had partnered with, were paying all the cost and would randomly ban people for tiny reasons. Even FG was not doing that, so it died after 6 months, I sorta feel sorry for that mate of mine, he did try, he tried at FG/LP but he never had enough courage or loyalty which always held him back from inspiring others which is one of the most important human social abilities. Then after that, I just moved on from JB, my heart had been broken to many times, I never was going to care for a server deep down again. I worked, I socialised, I enjoyed life, but I always wanted just a bit of JB every week, but even more, the fans back. Then all the bans were removed on FG, I went back, slowly picked up the game, but never could get back to the pinging level I use to be at, I just played it socially, I was a social player, a good bloke I was, had friends, but I was just another player, I wasn't the grand master warden, I was just a good warden enjoying the game, the pinging was gone forever. FG died, MN started, I had great hope, I met a head at MN, I had really high hopes for, I thought I had met a Savior for the game, he was slightly libertarian but he never aimed high enough, and then he fizzled, he turned out to be unloyal and just a talker who lied and never done action, lucky for me I never had committed enough to this guy words to let myself get let down, which may in fact show why he was not that inspired, because I had not committed 100%, but it was his show, but he wasn't doing nothing but talking and talking, no action. Then MN took the turn, I re-invented the facebook group that the Vortex JB server owner had ran to the ground. I done massive updates to my website with the 2nd member of the gang of 3. I wanted there to be a history for when its all over, I wanted it to be the truth, I knew it had to be me. Even that I did not want to commit to operating servers because of time limitation, emotional issues and the fear of wanting to chase that pinging again, I knew where I could find my happy place.
  121.
  122. That is the reason why I am not overly committing to reviving MN and will happy to just manage independent AusJB websites, FB groups and the PU.

  125. When MN falls, it'll be up to Raymond to bring us all to the promised land.
  126.
  127. and by that, I mean the "better jailbreak server2000" he has been hinting at for 10 years.
  128. [/quote]
  129.
  130. Talking about 10 years, I be the only person who has pages up about JB on fb/net. It may not be paradise, but it will be the truth.
