  1. \subsubsection{Diagrams - ERD and DFD}
  2.
  3. \begin{itemize}
  4. \item \textit{Appropriateness of Diagrams}\\
  5. \\
  6. All of our diagrams follow the standards required for the project (crows-feet notation etc.)
  7. \\
  8. Our ERD lists out all of the key stakeholders involved with the system and the processes that they carry out. This will give an overview of how the entities will interact with eachother.

  10. \textbf{Mark:} 9/10
  11. \end{flushright}
  12. \item \textit{Accuracy of ERD in regards to goals}\\
  13. \\
  14. The ERD contains all of the key stakeholders involved with the system and with this we attempt to show the processes that are required from the business goals. However there are a few missing (forecasting) and for this our ERD suffers in accuracy.
  15. \begin{flushright}
  16. \textbf{Mark:} 7/10
  17. \end{flushright}
  18. \item \textit{Accuracy and appropriateness of Data Flow Diagram}\\
  19. \\
  20. Our dataflow diagram follows the standard that is required. The context diagram outlines the major processes that occur with the system and the outside entity that interacts with it. The process is then further expanded in the levels below and the information shown will provide a better understanding for the reader.

  24. \item \textit{Explanation of Diagrams}\\
  25. \\
  26. While the ERD was fully explained and all of the links justified, our DFD's were not explained and this may lead to misinterpretation of our information
