TwistedAlice: ** recalling account ** there i was wandering lost... i pick up a sent~ follow it to this open meadow, and lost the trail, so i move forward only to pick up on something once more, the snow slowly falling as i now find the gound changing into a ice filled wonderland, the snow packed with foot prints... i follow a set of small newly pressed paw prints rather small more like mine... look up... and theres a massive dongle in my eyes view D:! -flails- i hadnt even had time to eat breakfast yet... and after that .. sorta didnt want to >x<

TwistedAlice: well, im loyal to my pack, i as you know from our talk this morning, know what its like to hold status of Alphess. so leadership is something i come by naturally and is something i can easlily slip into in times of crissess if needed. i also give myself wholely to my pack and family. so ... i cant offer much more than that honestly.

TwistedAlice: honestly it be near impossible... i have no mate, no friends or family to help me start a one. even if i wanted to.

KaitoArius: I know the feeling of the mate part, but I had family to help with mine. I didn't want anything to come up and bring problems to my family here and a  lot of my times consumed with rl and helping with their packs x.x

KaitoArius: Alright, Everyone's response is differant to my next Question, Tho with you having experience as an Alphess, it would make it even more interesting. What is your definition of Loyalty?
TwistedAlice: but ya, i wouldnt mind if i had a devoted family network, or a mate that wanted to take on a new family, or expand the one we had already but in reality. i have none of that so, im basicly just a midget with nowhere to go X'D
TwistedAlice: well, depends on how your looking at it honestly. the defining of the word changes depending on the relationship dynamic your trying to define. for a pack member, loyalty is giving your all to your family. supporting them in times of need, providing for your pack... loyalty isnt a stand alone either, it comes intangled with respect, responsibility, the willingness to succsseed as not only yourself but a group. much like the way cogs move in a clock. without one doing its part the whole pack is unable to work as a unit. and eventually fails.
TwistedAlice: honesty, integrity and devotion all play a role in the ability to properly function as a pack member as well. you need to be able to know without a doubt that your pack members will and are capable of meeting their designated tasks.
TwistedAlice: sorry, thats prolly a bit much... >.<
KaitoArius: No no thats not to much
KaitoArius: Your one of the first I've seen State it this way and your right when it comes to devotion and everyone filling their part in the pack. And as Alpha/Alphess it falls onto them to know all they can so they can place members where they best fit in and what their skills are.

KaitoArius: My Mummy's sleeping at the Moment and she gets the final say in who joins and she'll see our chat. She also does like hering Nana's advice on it.
KaitoArius: We do a two week trial to see how the new members react with everyone and get an idea of their Skills
TwistedAlice: no worries there. i understand compleatly.
KaitoArius: It help's to do a trial so we know the new member won't cause Drama and so they can figure on your placement. Have you thought about what Rank you might possibly be interested in?
TwistedAlice: -shakes head- no, cause i honestly figured i'da been booted over my answer X'D alot of people see that as a threat
TwistedAlice: when in reality. . . its just honestly how i feel
TwistedAlice: i dont mind working for status. or holding no status at all.
TwistedAlice: its not what its about, my job is to provide for my family, given the chance. and do what i can for my Alpha's and the pack by trusting their judgement
