☓ Personality: Mei is a girl of an open nature and very easy to deal with. She has a great sense of humor, so she spends most of her time joking and playing pranks. For that reason she is usually called immature, and rightly, because most of the times she is unable to focus, even when the situation really requires it. Sometimes she takes the jokes too far, not knowing when to stop which is very annoying. She is very intelligent and artistic, and persevering and methodical. Charismatic, transmits and overflows joy wherever she goes, and loves to surround herself with people that are as optimistic as her. Mei is very, very funny, it is impossible to get bored when she is present. Humble, down to earth but with too much energy that can annoy others. She has quite low self esteem and is very insecure, so she always think that she isnt good enough and that sooner or later she will be replaced.

☓ Background: Mei was born on the island of Jeju, and was the only daughter of a wealthy couple. She moved to Seoul when she was fifteen years old, since her grandmother became ill and her parents wanted to take care of her personally. His father is an architect and his mother a pilot of commercial airplanes. Just a couple months after, she joined SM as a trainee. Her parents never supported her, but her grandma did. She died a year later, and Mei was very sad about it for a lot of time. A year later, 2014, when she left SM, her parents got divorced over an affair, which also was very traumatic to her. But, again, thanks to time and love of her friends she got better. She met Jungkook 2015 and became very close to him, and also, falling in love with him immediately. They started dating secretly in mid 2016.

☓ How did y'all meet?: Back in 2015 Mei went to a school trip to Europe and when she returned to Seoul she lost her passport in the airport. A member of BTS found it (I don't mind who, but maybe Taehyung since he is the social butterfly in bts!), so he contacted her to return it. The member invited her to drink a coffe because he felt Mei was a very nice person when they talked through phone, and when they met they were so alike and had lots of fun. Of course Mei recognised him, but she acted normal as she didnt want him to feel weird. The member really got along with Mei so he decided to introduce her to the others.

-If it is before, that in a date Mei and Jungkook see the Taeyong wherever they go and that Jungkook noticed that Tae has a crush on Mei.
-if it is after the breakup, that Mei would hang out with tae just to have company and be ok and all that and that jungkook bumped into them. This kinda tense situation.
