- Welcome to the BL0 project! I have been involved in discussions about there being a tier between Ubers and OU, so I have made this little paste to make the format. This format will bring down some Pokémon banned from OU that just don't fit in Ubers. Some Pokémon may be unbanned due to having a status back in OU and I would like to see how the fare, others are just because they are terrible in Ubers. So without further ado, here is your tier!
- Clauses:
- Swagger Clause: Swagger is banned
- Baton Pass Clause: Limit one Pokémon knowing Baton Pass
- Sleep Clause Mod: Limit one foe put to sleep
- Species Clause: Limit one of each Pokémon
- OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are banned
- Moody Clause: Moody is banned
- Evasion Moves Clause: Evasion moves are banned
- Endless Battle Clause: Forcing endless battles is banned
- HP Percentage Mod: HP is shown in percentages.
- Pokémon brought down from Ubers:
- Aegislash
- Greninja
- Mega Mawile
- Mega Lucario
- Deoxys-S
- Deoxys-D
- Genesect (Pending)
- Shaymin-Sky (Pending)
- Arceus: Fire, Bug, Fighting, and Flying.*
- Mega Kangaskhan (Pending)
- Some other Pokémon are still being thought about.
