Proposed Category Updates:

1. "Permanent Dungeon Items," "Total Dungeon Completion," etc
-remove AFR from main leaderboards (make it misc. or put it on extensions)
-create a new category that actually does what AFR was created for in the first place - complete the dungeons as if you were doing 100%
	-goals: map, compass, dungeon item, fairy reward, boss remains all from source for all 4 dungeons
