"It's always so funny to me just how long ago it was. Three years ago on that faithful night, when I realized that drinking and wandering around the outskirts of town are not a good mix. I still remember the creature's bright yellow eyes...hunched over its fresh kill and chewing away at whatever organ it had ripped out of the poor man.

It noticed me as I had loudly proclaimed my existence to it by shouting in my drunken state for it to 'shove off'. It quickly shifted it's attention to me and before I knew it, it stood on its hind legs and snarled at me.

It lunged at me quickly and knocked me down easy. I managed to struggle it off and if it weren't for the massive ruckus I'd made and the fact that the sun started to rise, I'd easily be dead. It high tailed it out of there and to this day...I don't think I've seen it since.

Looking back on it now, it's more clear than ever just what that creature was. Especially since it seems to have shared it's condition with me. See, although I escaped that encounter with my life, I did not leave unscathed. Far from it. The beast's claws had dug into my arm, tearing it open and leaving me with a nasty wound.

I got it fixed up, saying it was a bear attack. The doctor's seemed sceptical given where I live, but it fit the wounds well enough.

It made more sense than trying to tell them I was attacked by a werewolf.

It didn't take long for the wounds to heal and scar over. In fact it was faster than I was used to. It took an even shorter time for me to realize my new... disposition.

The next full moon was barely a week or so later, and I learned very quickly exactly what that meant. An insatiable hunger for meat, a touchy temper and of course, on the night itself, the transformation. I black out once I'm fully changed but during, I'm fully aware. I've woken up many times in fields or some far off place completely nude, cold and often covered in blood.

Sure, the snapping of limbs and reshaping of a human body into that of a half wolf, half man creature is painful as all Hell. Suddenly growing a full coat of fur is possibly the itchiest I've ever been. But there's something about it that I just...adore. Of course, at first I wasn't so keen to it, even tried finding a remedy for the curse.

But given a few months of it, I grew to like it.

The feeling of growing, not only in size but also in power, is exhilarating. Knowing that I will be the most dangerous and vicious thing out there. It's really the most extreme power trip one could have.

I'm almost sad I never get to do anything consciously while I'm fully transformed. I've often fantasized of transforming and going out into the night to find some lucky woman...or unlucky depending...and fucking her. Try my best not to cut her up too badly or bite her.
