- Shaman: Bazett Fraga McRemitz (Fate)
- Destructive capability wise, she's in tier, and her bullet-timing feats put her in with the benchmark. Fragarach is out of tier unless you stipulate that it doesn't hurt Armstrong, but as it stands everything is fine.
- Spirit: Accelerator (Toaru Majutsu no Index)
- This character is immensely under tier for a glaring plethora of reasons. Not only is he "wall tier", but he also has no attacks which could hurt the benchmark, and Armstrong's punches are at the tier where they would create shockwaves anyways. As you've said previously, the plasma fails to hurt a little girl, and there's no evidence anything he does will be enough. Upon charging up and throwing down his shield, he'll be completely vulnerable and die a whopping 10/10 times, comparing to someone who isn't vaguely near his power level.
- Shaman: Mukuro Ikusaba (Danganronpa)
- This character seems very under tier for a smaller plethora of reasons. Almost all of the feats are defeating fodder characters. While a lot of these feats seem like incredibly gracious interpretations. The Monokuma robots have no other feats, and her best durability you listed comes from the ability to take the destruction of a door. We don't know if said character was holding back, but even if they weren't, Armstrong has massively better feats, and the narrator even says that that kick could have been dangerous. The feat where she tanks shrapnel and flames seems to assume that she tanked the brunt of it, and not a fraction of it, considering she rolled on the floor.
- Spirit 2: Sairaorg Bael (Highschool DxD)
- I would like to say that this character is very in-tier, Kudos for finding what I consider to be a nigh-perfect match. However, I more evidence needs to be shown that he can win the war of attrition against Armstrong, otherwise he fits relatively fine. I feel as though you could give him even higher feats and nobody would bat an eye.
