Please collect the ticket(s) as soon as possible to avoid delay in admission. Once the transaction is confirmed, all tickets booked are non-refundable, no matter they are claimed or not. "Booking Not Found" will display on the Ticket Dispensing Machine when ticket collection is not yet effective.

Terms and Conditions：
1)	 One person per ticket regardless of age.
2)	 Your pre-paid tickets booked online can be collected from Cityline ticketing outlets/ Ticket Dispensing Machines or by mail. Tickets booked within 7 days of the performance can only be collected from Cityline ticketing outlets/ Ticket Dispensing Machines. Please present the credit card used for the online booking for authentication and collection of the pre-paid tickets.
3)	 The pre-paid tickets using e-card online payment shall be collected at the sales counter at any of the Cityline ticketing outlets upon presentation of the online transaction receipt and proof of identity of the e-cardholder.
4)	 Tickets sold are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
5)	 All handling charges collected are non-refundable.
6)	 Please refer to the terms and conditions of each event for special discounts applied.
7)	 URBTIX and CityLine (Hong Kong) Ltd. are not responsible for any loss and / or claims arising from postal delay, non-delivery, incorrect entries of personal details or mailing address as submitted by the customer.
8)	 Ticket(s) lost will not be re-issued. The customer who lost their ticket(s) should contact Cityline customer service hotline (852) 2314-4228 for assistance at least 3 working days prior to performance. Customer shall provide sufficient transaction proof for our verification and deliberations on the report lost.
9)	 In the event that the show is cancelled or postponed, the event organizer shall be responsible for refunding the purchase price of the tickets.
10)	 The ticket holder must comply with all legislation and house rules applicable to the event/ venue.
11)	 In case of disputes on the transaction, URBTIX and CityLine (Hong Kong) Ltd.'s decision shall be final.
