  1. Question: Previously, you added a Russian interface to the program. Now it is not there. Why?
  2. Answer: I took the Russian interface files from Premiere Elements 2020, where Russian was still officially supported. The translation was generally clumsy, and it did not cover about a quarter of the elements of the updated program interface. Starting with this version, the format of many files in the program has changed. Including localization files. I have no desire to stretch an owl onto a globe by trying to adapt ancient localization files.
