- Alex and Serenity were walking down the streets of Portland. Alex was huddled behind Serenity, staring at the barren streets that the two found themselves upon.
- "S-Serenity, we shouldn't have gone to Portland. I know that I forced you to go, but the sushi restaurant wasn't that good, I didn't even know that sushi was fish! I thought that it was a dessert!" Alex defended herself, chewing on a piece of the vile, disease-ridden aquatic animal meat called sushi.
- "It's not that bad, Alex, I only had to fight off three hipsters with my bare fists on the way to the restaurant, only to find out that the food is garbage." Serenity grumbled, walking further down the empty street.
- However, the sound of what seemed like an animal roaring broke the silence, and the sound of shots could be heard from what seemed like a futuristic space gun.
- "Oh god, I'm going to die Serenity!" Alex cowered behind Serenity, visibly shaking.
- "Come on Alex, it's that open ranged zoo over in that other town, that was probably their Canadian goose." Serenity explained. She continued to walk down the street, jumping over the little cracks in the sidewalk. At the sound of more gunshots, Alex screamed and jumped into a trash can. The child started digging into the trash can at the sound of more roaring.
- "Serenity, don't deny it, we're dead. We're being followed by a gang of evil furries from the future that haunt the streets of Portland and steal any children that they find and then they feed the children to their devilish spawn and use our bones to supply their skeleton army"
- "No, Alex, it's probably not like that-" Serenity paused, hearing loud footsteps. She looked down the street, seeing a small, bright blue (huehuehuehuehueuhe, alliteration) robot running from two large lion (see: bright blue robot) robots chasing after the blue robot.
- "Come back here, you cannot steal the precious Lion Stone from us!" One of the lions shouted, shaking his fist. The blue robot continued to run, bumping into the trash can Alex was in and falling down onto the hard, cement ground. The robot looked behind him, grumbling as he tried to get up.
- "Uh oh, I am in some mega-trouble!" The blue robot stood up, looking to Serenity and Alex "Uh, who are you?" Unfortunately for the robot, the two lions caught up to him.
- "We caught you fair and square, now give us the Lion Stone back, Mega Man!" The first lion replied, attempting to pry the stone from the Blue Bomber's hands.
- "No can do, Leo. I know that you and Tar are planning to use the Lion Stone to summon Tar's army of Lion Men, and try and turn the humans into Lion Men to use for your evil intergalactic army of death!" Mega Man kicked at Leo's hand, arming his buster and shooting a volley of pellets at the lion-bot.
- "What? Of course not! Can't you just give two honest robots their prized possession please?" The other lion (presumably Tar) politely asked.
- "Well, I'm not giving you the stone!" Mega Man defiantly shouted.
- "Well, we aren't leaving until you give us the stone!" Leo raised his voice, aiming his buster at the violet viking.
- "We're at a stalemate now; none of us will get what we want." Tar then turned to Alex (who was quite literally crawling out of the garbage can) "How about you decide who gets the Lion Stone?"
- "Wait, me? I'm only like two though!" The three robots nodded, staring at Alex "Well, being part of the lion army doesn't sound really fun in my opinion. Although, I was talking about how being deployed in the skeleton army would be absolute horror, I guess the lion army wouldn't be that bad, but here's the thing: lions have skeletons inside of them, and so do humans, and crabs too!"
- "Crabs don't have skeletons, you nerd." Serenity whispered into Alex's ear.
- "Ah, but here's where you're wrong. We are robot lions, do robots have skeletons?" Leo replied, wiggling his eyebrows at Mega Man.
- "Technically, yes. Robots have skeletons, everyone and everything has a skeleton inside of them! I can't just escape from these skeletons!" Alex shivered and crawled back into the trash can.
- "Geez Alex, stop freaking out about some nonexistent army of skeleto-" Serenity was cut off from the sounds of maniacal laughter. Suddenly, an army of about five hundred skeletons emerged from the bushes!
- "Nonexistent you say?" A skeleton archer asked.
- "Ho ho ho, we have come for your calcium!" A skeleton pirate announced.
- "I'm just here for the calcium,' a skeleton troubadour announced in a singsong voice.
- "Stop lounging around you frickin bums, we need to take them into the skeleton army or our defenses will fall to our rival skeleton army!" A skeleton healer scolded, whacking the skeleton archer with his staff.
