  55. - [ Officer fight ]
  56. -When you hear Cecil’s menu come up for his first turn, hold L+R. This will bring up the “Can’t Run” dialog box. While that box is up, Attack. This will allow Cecil to go before the guards go and possibly kill all 3 based on ATB luck.
  57. -What this does is freezes the ATB with a “Can’t Run” dialog, allowing you to get your inputs in quicker in relation to ATB.
  58. -Equip Rydia with the Tiara
  59. -Select Form, press left to change rows, then move Cecil up one slot
  60. -Party order should be (from top to bottom): Rydia, Cecil, empty, empty empty with Cecil in front row

  532. This turn order might be wrong, but what needs to happen remains the same. Specifically Rydia might go immediately after FuSoYa if she is high enough level.

  534. If Rydia dies before getting a turn, at the end reflect a Nuke off of Edge and then dart (or riskier strat is to direct Nuke if your first Nuke had good damage)

  536. If Milon’s first attack bops Rydia, do Fire3 instead of Ice3 on FuSoYa’s second turn

  614. At this point, you need to be aware that he is going to reset into his second phase. This happens after 45000 damage has been done. He immediately shakes and big bangs on phase change, followed by black hole and nuke.

  616. Ideally Kain does the healing and Edge does the damage. This fight can go a lot of different directions so mapping it out is a little rough. However, Zeromus's AI is always the same, so just practice and it'll be a snap.

  618. Phase 3 he starts to Meteo. At this point it takes 2 darts and 2 attacks from Kain or 3 darts from Edge to kill him. Trying to finish him is typically the better choice than healing, since he spams those meteos.
