- ayy: I been playin sanic
- gushing_granny: cool
- gushing_granny: so, have you read the bellatarian rant so far?
- gushing_granny: want to to post the pastebin or are you just gonna scroll
- gushing_granny: *me to
- ayy: you should probably pastebin it since there's an issue with the scrolling
- ayy: you might want to scroll up to see what I mean
- gushing_granny: ahh ok
- gushing_granny: http://pastebin.com/KqHQPrca
- gushing_granny: yeah, read through all of that, some pretty important concepts introduced
- gushing_granny: feels good to have it concrete
- ayy: the way you explained dark energy kind of reminds me of radioactive isotopes.
- ayy: like, they let off alot of energy but fall apart fairly quick
- gushing_granny: yeah
- gushing_granny: i wanted magic to be nerfed as fuck
- gushing_granny: its so safe in other fantasy stories
- gushing_granny: and has little to no explanation other than "its magic bitch"
- ayy: so, thet explains why all of the monster's life expectancies dropped like rocks.
- gushing_granny: yep.
- gushing_granny: even the monster king
- gushing_granny: but, thats about to change, on this episode of.....ehhhhh
- gushing_granny: oh yeah, they cant die of natural causes, but they disentegrate
- gushing_granny: basically like everything else that gets affected by dark energy
- gushing_granny: they can prolong this by absorbing energy, but it only goes so far
- gushing_granny: you already know that there is a breaking point to how long matter and energy can stay stable when its atomic structure has been turned inside out by dark energy
- gushing_granny: its gonna disperse, nothing you can do
- gushing_granny: ok, got that out of the way, now i gotta get my place back in the story
- gushing_granny: may take a bit
- gushing_granny: ok, so im skipping the dialogue bit between scientist guy and his ex boo-thang
- gushing_granny: he convinces her to help (obviously) and they leave in secret
- gushing_granny: they make their way to an old relic that had a massive amount of residual energy in its surrounding plant life
- gushing_granny: its deserted, not even the super-sonic patrol teams checked there
- gushing_granny: wait, shit
- gushing_granny: i dont think my explanation for the patrol teams is in the pastebin
- gushing_granny: i guess ill abbreviate it
- gushing_granny: its self explanitory, basically the bellatorian government began to crack down and send out patrol teams to check on the small settlements in more deserted areas that the newly evolved monsters liked to pick on
- gushing_granny: it raises the stakes for the monsters, and makes it harder for them to gather information and dark energy corrupted resources to continue the conversion of all the monsters on bellator
- gushing_granny: the monster king, who can now control energy, was getting near the end of his life
- ayy: and because the monsters were corrupted by dark energy they were hard to find, right?
- gushing_granny: sort of
- gushing_granny: you see, the monsters were pretty smart before, but didnt have much to work with
- gushing_granny: but, after they started evolving with the dark energy, they got many times smarter and stronger
- gushing_granny: but they got more cocky, and didnt cover their tracks well enough when desecrating small bellatorian cities, making evidence of their attacks easier to find
- gushing_granny: the monster king actually started to get a pretty good hold on how to use energy
- gushing_granny: but it wasnt enough
- gushing_granny: they could only steal magic texts and basic learning scrolls
- gushing_granny: if they actually were able to snag some info from the scientists, they may have found out about dark energy on their own
- gushing_granny: and that would have changed the game drastically
- gushing_granny: but, as i continue through the story you're going to see how this information comes into play and the effect it has on the monsters and the bellatorians alike
- gushing_granny: getting back to what was happening before
- gushing_granny: scientist man and mage girl make their was to the deserted forest
- gushing_granny: she begins the magical divination spell
- gushing_granny: but, they didnt anticipate what the bellatorian government had done
- gushing_granny: you see, some of the members of the bellatorian central government had monks and scientists on the inside
- gushing_granny: they had the monks bring back magical discoveries
- gushing_granny: and they had the scientists bring back all of their findings on chemicals and the nature of energy
- gushing_granny: with this knowledge, bellatorian central government made inhumane tests on abducted bellatorians from the gen pop.
- gushing_granny: and created prototypes of artificial, modifiable pulses, hosted in whatever bellatorians survived the alterations, which was a combination of changing the dna of the body through magic, and stimulating them with chemicals so they would be in a drugged, comatose state
- gushing_granny: they were emotionless, mindless husks who only responded to energy being cycled through their brains
- gushing_granny: so, what you have here is basically walking alarms who do nothing but sense energy 24/7
- gushing_granny: secret bases were created to house these experiments
- gushing_granny: and combining the efficiency of the organic radars and patrol teams, coordinated a world wide scale system where any disturbance in energy could quickly be found out
- gushing_granny: they used it for a make shift police response thing, and to check for monsters
- gushing_granny: obviously they couldnt find monsters, but it was a flawless system to respond to any jackass killing a bunch of people, which usually involved alot of energy
- gushing_granny: also, after pressure from the monk mages, the government banned the usuage of magic outside of rituals and building/metalworking purposes
- gushing_granny: so whoever used magic.
- gushing_granny: no matter where they were
- gushing_granny: they would be captured, and given severe punishment
- gushing_granny: the gen pop, the monks, even the scientists had no idea that the central government had a working, world-wide radar
- gushing_granny: brb, gotta piss
- ayy joined the chat
- ayy: same
- ayy: ayy le mayo
- gushing_granny: back
- gushing_granny: ok, so the stories are starting to add up
- gushing_granny: corrupt government that does inhumane tests on the population so they can spy on them and progress their totalitarian ideals
- gushing_granny: religious monks that advocate for the respect and use for magic, which eventually leads to the collapse of their world and their society
- gushing_granny: a pissed off scientist that wishes to save everyone and reform the government by killing them all
- gushing_granny: and a group of monsters who want revenge for the world they think they are entitled to
- gushing_granny: ooh boy, i better make some good decisions from now on
- ayy: dude
- ayy: I just realized
- gushing_granny: hmm
- ayy: Your story actually has an idea on the science of things
- ayy: where as
- ayy: I have no idea how the relics in my story fuckin work
- gushing_granny: i have the back story to the stone dan finds down pretty concrete
- gushing_granny: obviously there are more
- gushing_granny: anyway, continue
- ayy: thats pretty much it
- gushing_granny: oh ok
- ayy: In my dudes world shit just sorta happens
- gushing_granny: you know, i really like your story, cant wait for you to develop it some
- gushing_granny: obv, mine has been boiling in the back of my brain for years
- gushing_granny: oh shit
- gushing_granny: need to dump into pastebin
- ayy: mine has only been a couple of months, but my character's development has had a lot of changes over the course of 2 years
- gushing_granny: i have a bunch of other stories
- gushing_granny: one where a human society has been ripped apart by chemical enhancements that give people supernatural abilities
- gushing_granny: another one that takes place in the canon im writing right now, but its a bellatorian warrior that lives in ancient times, takes place pretty soon after magic was discovered
- gushing_granny: and a few others
- gushing_granny: getting a bit off track, im making my way to the climax, going on into how the bellatorians and avadans meet, then im gonna redo part 2 of my story
- gushing_granny: then im prob gonna be done for the night, we can just talk about whatever the fuck or go to sleep after than
- gushing_granny: *that
- gushing_granny: lost my train of thought, gotta scroll back up
- gushing_granny: ok, so our pretty mage girl and scientist dude dont know that the government could literally find them anywhere on bellator
- gushing_granny: and guess what our girly grill is about to do?
- gushing_granny: perform a high level magic spell in a place with high energy flora and fauna.
- gushing_granny: "are we alone?"
- gushing_granny: "pretty sure, this place hasnt been in use for over 1000 wave cycles"
- gushing_granny: "alright.....you know this is breaking the law, right?"
- gushing_granny: "i think saving our race is more important."
- gushing_granny: "hmph."
- gushing_granny: mage girl begins to generate massive orbs of energy so she can create enough dark energy for the spell"
- gushing_granny: she begins to strain, concentrate every fiber of her being into compressing and contorting and modifying the dark energy with her pulse
- gushing_granny: *concentrating
- gushing_granny: "i call upon the celestials divine power, give me sight beyond sight, give me knowledge beyond knowledge, transcend into the void!"
- gushing_granny: her eyes turn pitch black with a dull glow surrounding her iris
- gushing_granny: "hrm...."
- gushing_granny: "......"
- gushing_granny: "there!, i found them!"
- gushing_granny: she motions for the scientist to come to her, he walks with a slow pace, enthralled by her otherworldly powers
- gushing_granny: as he reaches her, she places her hand upon his forehead, and a bright blue light emits from her palm
- gushing_granny: the scientist begins to twitch as he feels the unfamiliar feeling of thoughts being forced into his mind
- gushing_granny: "hey, dont squirm, be calm? do you see them?"
- gushing_granny: the scientist begins to show signs of fatigue, something is telling him that things arent right
- gushing_granny: "show me.....the most powerful one"
- gushing_granny: the mage extends her delicate hand towards a nearby flower, an almost translucent stream of energy slips from its petals and coils itself in between her fingers, being absorbed into her pulse
- gushing_granny: "i cant keep this up for too much longer"
- gushing_granny: the dull white irises in her jet-black eyes begin to glow brighter
- gushing_granny: "y-yes, i see him"
- gushing_granny: "hes.....underground...in an abandoned laboratory...i know exactly where that is!"
- gushing_granny: all of the sudden, loud explosions and animal screams scattered and ricocheted throughout the forest
- gushing_granny: the mage breaks the connection to the scientist mind and turns around abruptly
- gushing_granny: "how....how did they find us?!"
- gushing_granny: "i dont know....but i prepared for this just in case."
- gushing_granny: "keep your voice down and follow me"
- gushing_granny: a loud, booming voice could be heard echoing throughout the forest
- gushing_granny: "THEY ARE MOVING, THE MAGE IS ATTEMPTING TO CONCEAL ITS ENERGY"
- gushing_granny: "shit, come on!"
- gushing_granny: the scientist projects an aura of wind around him, the mage creates spectral wings made out of energy and they both take off, moving through the forest at a blazing speed
- gushing_granny: "damn it, why did you drag me into this shit? you said we were going to be SAFE and no one would find us!"
- gushing_granny: "i said that so you would come along, now, put on your big boy pants because we're going to have to fight these guys"
- gushing_granny: "are you kidding me? did you feel their energy, they could demolish a mountain with an angry glance!"
- gushing_granny: "i got an idea"
- gushing_granny: the scientist pulls a small vial out of his shirt pocket
- gushing_granny: "lets stop here, we've almost lost them"
- gushing_granny: they land and run into a small cave
- gushing_granny: "ARM YOUR BLASTERS, DESTROY THIS FORREST UNTIL THEY SHOW THEMSELVES OR WE KILL THEM"
- gushing_granny: the mage girls eyes go wide as she hears this, she turns to the scientist with an annoyed, frustrated look"
- gushing_granny: "great, now what do we do?"
- gushing_granny: the scientists face turns into a grim serious look
- gushing_granny: "look, you will calm down and pay attention to me or what we have done here will be for nothing"
- gushing_granny: the mage girl barely restrains herself from punching the scientist in the face as hard as she can
- gushing_granny: "....."
- gushing_granny: "look, you know that old magic spell that increases someones power?"
- gushing_granny: "....what?"
- gushing_granny: "it was lost in translation from the ancient celestial texts, remember?"
- gushing_granny: "....yeah, i guess"
- gushing_granny: "ive learned that you dont need to rely on magic to perform those techniques"
- gushing_granny: "......"
- gushing_granny: "what?"
- gushing_granny: he motions to the vial
- gushing_granny: "ive found a way to artificially enhance the bodies ability to gather and produce energy"
- gushing_granny: "by stimulating the production of endorphins in the brain, i can modify the brains ability to translate energy into hormones, by this process, it can affect the-"
- gushing_granny: "hoooooly fuck, cut the nerdy bullshit and get to the point"
- gushing_granny: "drink some of this shit and you can perform high level magic spells like the one you just did in seconds, with no drawbacks for a short time"
- gushing_granny: the mage looks a the scientist, surprised at what he just said
- gushing_granny: "w-will it be enough?"
- gushing_granny: "you bet it will, try it"
- gushing_granny: "....."
- gushing_granny: "gimmie"
- gushing_granny: the mage snatches the vial from the scientists hand
- gushing_granny: "WE ARE NEARING YOUR LOCATION, COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS RAISED AND PULSES SUPPRESSED"
- gushing_granny: "this better work"
- gushing_granny: the mage drinks the vial
- gushing_granny: "besides a slight tingling in the fingertips, i dont feel shit. what the hell is thi- oh god"
- gushing_granny: a wicked, red aura begins to pulsate from the mages body
- gushing_granny: the patrol team stops at the foot of the cave, readying their energy amplifiers
- gushing_granny: "SUPPRESS YOUR ENERGY NOW, WOMAN, OR WE WILL BE FORCED TO SHOOT"
- gushing_granny: the mage begins to levitate, her red aura swirling and spiraling like a hurricane as she faces the patrol team
- gushing_granny: she whispers
- gushing_granny: "i call to the void, give me unstoppable power"
- gushing_granny: "celestial beings, give me the strength to end the existence of my enemies, for they are not worthy"
- gushing_granny: the scientists just sort of stands there in awe "oh shit"
- gushing_granny: "MEN, FIRE"
- ayy: ay, mi madre is calling, brb
- gushing_granny: the patrol team aims their energy amplifiers at the mage girl
- gushing_granny: kk
- gushing_granny: imma dump into pastebin
- ayy: ay
- gushing_granny: yo
- gushing_granny: so, any thoughts or concerns so far?
- ayy: all seems pretty good so far, only thing that really needs help is dialogue, but that'll probably be smoothed out in the final product
- gushing_granny: yeah
- gushing_granny: actually, gonna skip the rest of that scene because more important stuff happens that i need to get to quickly
- gushing_granny: i havent even gotten back up to the part where all the magical structures start to disintegrate
- gushing_granny: the mage kills everyone, its awesome
- gushing_granny: except for the scientist
- gushing_granny: because that would be awkward
- gushing_granny: the scientist releases a massive orb of energy which slowly absorbs the power from the plants to serve as a decoy so they can get away
- gushing_granny: while also throwing the government off their tail
- gushing_granny: they make their way to a spot near the underground laboratory where the monster king is set up
- gushing_granny: the scientist tell the mage girl to stay there and hide herself
- gushing_granny: shes all like no way jose, im fighting too
- gushing_granny: "its not my intention to fight."
- gushing_granny: he suddenly leaves before the mage girl can respond
- gushing_granny: he slowly makes his way underground, hiding himself away from the monsters patrolling the area
- gushing_granny: "fuck, i cant believe im about to do this"
- gushing_granny: following the memories implanted in his brain by the mage girl, he finds the monsters quarters easily
- gushing_granny: ".....how do i do this, do i just barge in?"
- gushing_granny: he thinks to himself
- gushing_granny: "heeey, whats up chum, my race committed genocide on yours a long time ago but lets be friends and ill help you get back at them!"
- gushing_granny: "...something like that"
- gushing_granny: he ducks behind cover as a monster with huge wings walks down the corridor perpendicular to him
- gushing_granny: as the monster leaves view, the scientist steps back out and puts his hands on the door
- gushing_granny: long sigh "dont screw this up"
- gushing_granny: he opens the lock, and steps into the vast, spacious testing area where the monster king is residing
- gushing_granny: he takes a few steps in and stops
- gushing_granny: "something doesnt feel ri-"
- gushing_granny: a form suddenly appears behind him, clutching his neck and lifting him of the ground
- gushing_granny: "arrgh, what!? i cant move!!"
- gushing_granny: an intense wave of invisible energy constricts him, tormenting his every breath as it squeezes the air out of his lungs
- gushing_granny: "why are you here, bellatorian?"
- gushing_granny: "you have infiltrated my lair, but for what purpose?"
- gushing_granny: "do you desire to be tortured? do you desire to die?"
- gushing_granny: the scientist barley manages to gasp out "no, i have no wish to fight you"
- gushing_granny: the monster kings eyes widen "what?"
- gushing_granny: "let me down, and ill explain"
- gushing_granny: the monster kings face suddenly becomes twisted with rage
- gushing_granny: "HOW DARE YOU INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE WITH SUCH A PITIFUL ATTEMPT TO ESCAPE MY GRASP"
- gushing_granny: the monster king lets forth a powerful torrent of electricity from his other hand, electrocuting the scientist
- gushing_granny: "aaahhhhhhhh!"
- gushing_granny: the scientists bellows in his mind "goddamnit, think!"
- gushing_granny: "look, i can help you!"
- gushing_granny: the monster king snarls "with what, bellatorian, what? please instruct me as to why i shouldnt destroy you this instant for what your kind have done to my people!"
- gushing_granny: "...."
- gushing_granny: "i can help you regain your youth"
- gushing_granny: this sentence catches the monster king off guard, he drops the scientist to the ground
- gushing_granny: "what are you talking about"
- gushing_granny: the scientist huffs, gasping for fresh air
- gushing_granny: "you dont seem to know everything about the energy you and your kind have been consuming"
- gushing_granny: from there on, the scientist divulged everything
- gushing_granny: the secrets of dark energy
- gushing_granny: how pulses work
- gushing_granny: everything
- gushing_granny: no secret was left hidden
- gushing_granny: over the next few days, the scientist divulged top secret information about the locations of major cities within bellatorian territory
- gushing_granny: now, the scientist was gaining a foothold
- gushing_granny: a way he could get back at the system that gave him nothing but rejection, and ridicule
- gushing_granny: when all he ever did was hold the peoples concerns above his own
- gushing_granny: "great scientist, if the energies that are giving me this form also shortening my life, how do i truly prevent this?"
- gushing_granny: "it is simple."
- gushing_granny: "you must consume more."
- gushing_granny: "you see, right now, you are an incomplete life form, something that is shapeless, without form"
- gushing_granny: "without the consumption of more dark energy, you will stay this way, but"
- gushing_granny: "if i sacrifice the energies within my body to create this dark matter for you, you will achieve your maximum potential, and your youth will be restored"
- gushing_granny: "then, we will make them pay"
- gushing_granny: "those damn bellatorians, they have caused nothing but destruction and chaos to this world"
- gushing_granny: "the natural order will be restored, and you will take your place as the rightful leader of this world"
- gushing_granny: needless to say, the monster king was putty in the scientists hands.
- gushing_granny: the scientist goes on to generate a large black hole, producing an insane amount of dark energy
- gushing_granny: he could barely contain it
- gushing_granny: barely.
- gushing_granny: he used half of the energy to augment the monster kings genetics with magic
- gushing_granny: making him feel no pain, feel no fatigue
- gushing_granny: and he infused the other half of the dark energy into the monster king himself
- gushing_granny: which transformed him again
- gushing_granny: into a dark and terrible being
- gushing_granny: pools of energy oozed from his body like a fountain
- gushing_granny: the air around him crackled under the density of his pulse
- gushing_granny: his form was that of a mountain
- gushing_granny: the embodiment of the unstoppable force and the immovable phalanx
- gushing_granny: he was invincible
- gushing_granny: "MY ASCENSION HAS BEGAN, HAHAHAHAHA"
- gushing_granny: the scientist steps back, heaving from the mental and physical toll of converting and moving all of that energy
- gushing_granny: the monster king was surrounded by a swathe of pure dark energy
- gushing_granny: he was truly an ascended being with immense power, who could feel no pain
- gushing_granny: (btw, this is around the time where all the stuff starts disintegrating)
- gushing_granny: (like, in a few days)
- gushing_granny: (im stopping after this though, not going into the meeting with the atamans, would just take too long)
- gushing_granny: (just gonna redo part 2 of my story)
- gushing_granny: you see, the scientist knew what was going to happen
- gushing_granny: and it was going to play out exactly how he had planned it.
- gushing_granny: he knew that all of the bellatorians buildings were going to disentegrate
- gushing_granny: well obviously, its what he was trying to tell everyone all along
- gushing_granny: but they wouldnt listen
- gushing_granny: so, it had to be done
- gushing_granny: the thing is, the cities that the central government lived in were not made from metals generated by magic
- gushing_granny: they were made of a rare wood that was harder than steel and could absorb energy
- gushing_granny: it would be a shame if their cities didnt go down too.
- gushing_granny: so, that was the plan
- gushing_granny: as the cities of the regular folk begin to fall to shambles around them, their precious figureheads in the central government would too.
- gushing_granny: it was only fair.
- gushing_granny: dan knew that the government would be able to sense them coming with their radars
- gushing_granny: the mass of dark energy would be hard to miss
- gushing_granny: but, lets go back to what happened on that fateful day when the scientist got his life long friend, the mage-girl, to divine the location of the monster stronghold
- gushing_granny: "holy shit man, that stuff you gave me was awesome, can i get some more?" the mage said as she and the scientist were sailing through the air to the location of the monster king
- gushing_granny: "i wouldnt recommend it, that was an emergency"
- gushing_granny: "oh come on, you've got to have some more and-"
- gushing_granny: the mage girl yawns
- gushing_granny: "im starting to get sleepy"
- gushing_granny: here slight sleepiness turned to intense drowsiness quickly
- gushing_granny: "besides, using that stuff has adverse.....side effects"
- gushing_granny: the spectral wings embracing the mage girls body suddenly dissipated, and she began to listlessly fall to the ground, in a deep sleep
- gushing_granny: the scientist quickly flew down and caught her, calmly floating to the ground
- gushing_granny: "grr, i fucking hate using magic. cant stand the shit."
- gushing_granny: the scientist lightly places his palm on the mages forhead, and it begins to spark with energy
- gushing_granny: he struggles to keep focus, shutting his eyes tightly as his mind throbs, desperately trying to keep control
- gushing_granny: but when he open his eyes, they are pitch black, with a dull, white glow around the iris
- gushing_granny: pause, time to dump into pastebin
- gushing_granny: ok, back
- gushing_granny: "im sorry, celipha, but this wont take long"
- gushing_granny: the white glow around his iris begins to brighten, and the scientist slips into the mind of the mage
- gushing_granny: "....."
- gushing_granny: "so many emotions tied to this memory"
- gushing_granny: "these religious nuts sure are serious about all that celestial crap"
- gushing_granny: the glow around his eyes dimmed, and he shut them tightly as the glowing around his hand ceased
- gushing_granny: when he opened them again, they were returned to normal
- gushing_granny: "fuck, im tired."
- gushing_granny: he parted the hair around the mages forhead, kissed it, then fell asleep beside her
- gushing_granny: so. what was important about that.
- gushing_granny: you see, our scientist has a knack for magic
- gushing_granny: he hates it, but thats the thing
- gushing_granny: he used to practice magic in secret, after the monks got its general usage banned
- gushing_granny: but, he could never get his hands on high level monk scrolls that contained the information he need to carry out his plan
- gushing_granny: the secret art of life drain
- gushing_granny: the art of divination
- gushing_granny: (fucking chat lag)
- gushing_granny: and the art of thought form
- gushing_granny: but, guess who had also had a life long chum that was a top-level cleric and could perform all of those techniques with ease?
- gushing_granny: you already know.
- gushing_granny: so, to carry out his plan, it was simple
- gushing_granny: get her out to somewhere deserted
- gushing_granny: get her to drink a potion that induces sleep
- gushing_granny: and steal the techniques from her through the art of mind link.
- gushing_granny: when the mage girl woke up, she suspected nothing.
- gushing_granny: and they continued their journey
- gushing_granny: now, back to the present
- gushing_granny: the scientist knew that the central government had secret cities and bases where they kept their living radars and devout patrolmen that would follow their every whim
- gushing_granny: but where would they be?
- gushing_granny: you already know what happens next
- gushing_granny: on the morning of the great apocalypse, when 40% of the world crumbles along with 95% of the bellatorians cities
- gushing_granny: the scientist uses the art of divination to extend his sight
- gushing_granny: finds the location of all of the secret government bases
- gushing_granny: and, as the commotion begins to stir
- gushing_granny: and the 95% of the bellatorian cities fall
- gushing_granny: the scientist would make sure that last 5% would fall as well
- gushing_granny: you know the saying, nothing new can be forged without first the destruction of the old.
- gushing_granny: yeah
- gushing_granny: kind of applies here.
- gushing_granny: most of the bellatorians survive because they are stronk as fuck and can fly and shit, they relocate to the parts of the world where they can get a solid footing
- gushing_granny: the central governments patrolmen were scattered to deal with the problem
- gushing_granny: but the scientist had a super powered monster who could control pure dark energy at his finger tips
- gushing_granny: it was a massacre.
- gushing_granny: the secret bases were destroyed, along with the prototypes for the living artificial pulses
- gushing_granny: the patrolmen didnt stand a chance against the monster king and his army
- gushing_granny: so, what happens now?
- gushing_granny: well, nothing new can be forged without first the destruction of the old right?
- gushing_granny: lets see.
- gushing_granny: the scientist and the monster king approaches the a large group of bellatorians
- gushing_granny: in that group of bellatorians is celipha.
- gushing_granny: "YOU FOOLISH MORTALS"
- gushing_granny: "BOW BEFORE YOUR GOD"
- gushing_granny: a random bellatorian exclaims "what the hell, is that a monster?"
- gushing_granny: "INSECT"
- gushing_granny: "I AM MUCH MORE"
- gushing_granny: the scientist rolls his eyes
- gushing_granny: celipha notices the scientist
- gushing_granny: ".....!"
- gushing_granny: "v-varrakin, is that you!?"
- gushing_granny: "w-what are doing with those abominations?!"
- gushing_granny: "i trusted you!!!!!!!!!"
- gushing_granny: celipha bursts into tears
- gushing_granny: "close, but no cigar, sweetheart."

- gushing_granny: ok
- gushing_granny: "i am not varrakin, you pitiful mongrel"
- gushing_granny: "i have allied myself with the superior race"
- gushing_granny: "you....monster.....IM GONNA KILL YOU!!!!"
- gushing_granny: celipha launches herself at varrakin with all of her might but is cut short by a tail
- gushing_granny: she gargles for air as it coils around her neck
- gushing_granny: "i told....you"
- gushing_granny: the scientist groaned
- gushing_granny: "i am no longer....varrakin"
- gushing_granny: he slings her to the ground, her limp body remaining motionless as it slips through the air
- gushing_granny: "heres whats going to happen" the monster king began to explain
- gushing_granny: "you will hail me as your god"
- gushing_granny: "or you will DIE."
- gushing_granny: the monster king grins, his aura beginning to wildy fluctuate, sending wisps of dark energy through the air
- gushing_granny: "....."
- gushing_granny: "not while there is breath in my body"
- gushing_granny: the monster king is suddenly hit with a great force, violently knocking him out of the air
- gushing_granny: "what?!"
- gushing_granny: he impacts the ground, and is momentarily stunned
- gushing_granny: multiple monsters in the monster kings army begin to cry out
- gushing_granny: "BLASPHEMER"
- gushing_granny: "HERETIC"
- gushing_granny: "YOU DARE RAISE A HAND TO OUR LORD"
- gushing_granny: the one who knocked the monster king down turns to face them
- gushing_granny: he begins to whisper
- gushing_granny: "i call unto the void, the celestial darkness, give me the strength to destroy my enemies, for they are not worthy"
- gushing_granny: he snaps his fingers as the massive monster army begins to rush him
- gushing_granny: "kan art, dark hail"
- gushing_granny: he thrusts his arm forwards and a virulent mass of dark magic torrents forth and splits into billions of wisps of energy, which slip thorough the air and kill the entire army instantly
- gushing_granny: "YOU"
- gushing_granny: the monster king looks up at varrakin, enraged
- gushing_granny: "I TRUSTED YOU"
- gushing_granny: the monster king howls, releasing a massive beam of dark energy soaring through the air
- gushing_granny: "almost done.....dont screw this up"
- gushing_granny: he briskly dodges the beam of energy
- gushing_granny: "hey, it would be a good time for you idiots to stop standing around and help me restrain this thing!"
- gushing_granny: the group of bellatorians stand in awe of what just took place in front of them, so much confusing shit happening at once
- gushing_granny: even still, the warriors step forth, and ready their weapons
- gushing_granny: "it might not be much, but this will help!"
- gushing_granny: varrakin opens extends his hand, a massive spout of fire streams out of it, its intense heat and force keeping the monster king restricted
- gushing_granny: one of the bellatorian warriors screams at the top of his lungs "ATTACK, ALL AT ONCE"
- gushing_granny: they all charge energy and direct it through their blades, infusing every ounce of will power into their combined attack
- gushing_granny: the radiant beams of light strike strike the monster king at the same time and combined with the flame assault from varrakin, creates a sizable explosion that sends the monster king hurtling into the sky
- gushing_granny: the bellatorians look beat, almost exhausted as they try to gather what energy they have left after that attack
- gushing_granny: varrakin looks worn too, floating down to the ground
- gushing_granny: the sky clears and shows a bright sun, and the bellatorians lived happily ever after
- gushing_granny: JUST KIDDING
- gushing_granny: the sky begins to swirl, and turn dark
- gushing_granny: massive amounts of dark energy begins to streak across the atmosphere
- gushing_granny: "I AM DESTROYING THIS PLANET, AND EVERYONE OF YOU INSIGNIFICANT INSECTS WITH IT"
- gushing_granny: "YOU WRETCHED, FOUL, INFERIOR BEINGS"
- gushing_granny: "YOU WILL BE PURGED"
- gushing_granny: "CLEANSED"
- gushing_granny: "ERASED FROM THIS PLANE OF EXISTENCE, ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER GARBAGE IN THE UNIVERSE THAT DARES TO STAND UP AGAINST ME"
- gushing_granny: a massive swirl of energy begins to appear around the monster kings arms
- gushing_granny: "shitshitshitshitshitshitshitshitshit"
- gushing_granny: the energy swells and enlarges itself, twisting and turning the skies blacker and blacker
- gushing_granny: "RRAAAAAAAAA"
- gushing_granny: the energies that the monsterking generated fly up inbetween his horns, swelling again and becoming more massive
- gushing_granny: dan stands up straight and tall
- gushing_granny: "..."
- gushing_granny: "come on, this has to work"
- gushing_granny: he tries to generate a ball of energy in his hand, but he cant form it
- gushing_granny: he looks around at all the warriors that helped him, they are crying and laying on the ground, already defeated
- gushing_granny: "......."
- gushing_granny: the massive orb of energy turns pitch black, reflecting the darkness of the monster that created it
- gushing_granny: "MY ULTIMATE TECHNIQUE"
- gushing_granny: "FOR THE DEATH OF MY PEOPLE. FOR DARING TO CROSS ME, I WI- guh"
- gushing_granny: the ball of energy suddenly becomes smaller
- gushing_granny: "WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME"
- gushing_granny: "I-I CANT MOVE"
- gushing_granny: varrakin continues standing tall and upright, but a small smirk appears across his face
- gushing_granny: "hey, monster king? what part of 'dark energy corrupts everything it touches and makes it wither and die' did you not get?"
- gushing_granny: "no amount of energy, no matter how strong you get, no matter what transformation you undergo, will ever reverse what has been done to your body."
- gushing_granny: "W-WHAT?!?!?"
- gushing_granny: "your own bad energy will be your undoing."
- gushing_granny: varrakin suddenly charges the monster king as fast as he can
- gushing_granny: as he gets near him, he grabs his arm and tears it clean off
- gushing_granny: "ROOOOOOAAAAARRR"
- gushing_granny: "you see, you thought that dark energy could fix you."
- gushing_granny: "look at you, you're a mess"
- gushing_granny: "all the energy you absorbed was so unstable it teared all the muscles in your body apart when you tried to use it, no wonder you cant move"
- gushing_granny: the ball of energy that the monster king began charging began dispersing quickly, reducing itself to a miniscule size
- gushing_granny: "you're a pitiful, spineless, desperate thing."
- gushing_granny: varrakin grasps the monster kings throat, hoisting him up
- gushing_granny: "this position feel familiar?"
- gushing_granny: the monster king roars at varrakin at loud as he could, which only came out as a weak croak
- gushing_granny: "you should have gave up from the beginning. but i commend you for your dumb perseverance though, if it wasnt for you, i wouldnt be nearly as powerful as i am now."
- gushing_granny: the monster king stares at varrakin with a look of defeatedness and anger
- gushing_granny: "but all in all, when it comes down to the species on this planet, you are the weakest link. goodbye"
- gushing_granny: "N-NOOO"
- gushing_granny: varrakin impales the monster king with a palm strike, violently sending guts and viscera out the other side
- gushing_granny: soon after, the monster king disentegrates in his hands
- gushing_granny: (well shit son.)
- gushing_granny: (all the stuff after this is rebuilding and the prelude to the bellatorians meeting up with the atamans)
