Bliss Won't Stop Being A Fuckin' Leo

Covet: -Eli was in the archives room, trying to hunt down some copies of comics for a customer's order.- Okay, I know that we had a copy of that... why isn't it where it's supposed to be? -he grumbled and checked the boxes on either side of the one he was filing through-
Alexithymiaa: -Adam ran the rag over the top of the counter, the bottle of surface cleaner in his opposite hand as he spritzed the fluid over the counter. Leaning over, he scrubbed the rag over the wood, just kind of spacing off.-
Tsaaq: Bliss was sitting in the arm chair with her iPad in her lap. She cringed a little as she moved one leg over the other with her hands but tried to play it off. "Are you alright?" She asked Adam after furrowing her eyebrows at him.
Covet: -Eli found a few other things out of place and put them back in the right order. He was frownging and peterubed at this point, because things work better when they're in order. He finally found what he was looking for after fixing the things out of place.  He walked back out onto the main floor and walked over to the counter to put the order together in it's proper folder.-  I don't know what's been going on in the Archives, but things are seriously out of order.
Alexithymiaa: "Huh?" He looked up from his counter cleaning to Bliss. "Yeah, just thinking about midterms. I've been studying like crazy lately." He turned his head to look over at Eli, raising his brows. "Did someone go through there?"-
Tsaaq: "Oh." Bliss whispered then nodded. "Yes, that must be overwhelming." She sighed. "Well I don't think we've been paying much attention to back issues lately. Truthfully I know I haven't." She said to Eli, only turning in her seat and purposefully not getting up.
Covet: I'll make a note for everyone. Because that's just unacceptable. -He said pulling a blank paper out of the printer and grabbed a sharpie to make a note to put up on the cork board behind him.- Mid terms...and Halloween costume ideas...And I thought my brain was going to explode last week planning for cosplay night and your family. -he said looking at Bliss with a an exhausted sigh.-  Halloween used to be so much easier as a kid.
Alexithymiaa: "Halloween was easier as a kid because we didn't have to do anything. Our parents just gave us our costumes and took us places. Halloween wasn't the only thing that was easier as a kid."-
Tsaaq: Bliss blinked a moment and frowned. "Hayley likes to do back issues because she doesn't have to talk to people just ask her to do it-" She began to say before sighing. "The only thing stressing me out about Halloween is the stupid not approved party Bradley is trying to throw." She scoffed begrudgingly.
Covet: Yeah, I mean if she wouldn't mind doing it. I try to keep jobs rotating mostly so people don't feel like I'm playing favorites or anything. -He said with a chuckle- Yeah...have you figured out what you're going to do with that situation yet?  Also, did we want to do a couple costume thing for the dance?
Alexithymiaa: "Oh yeah, I saw that on Squawks." He gave a light shrug, tossing the rag down onto the counter and wiping his hands on his jeans. "It looked like it would be fun. I was thinking of going."-
Tsaaq: She looked at Eli and scrunched up her face at him before looking away. "You're supposed to be a part of SGA and you're encouraging his behavior? Fantastic." She said angrily. "Nothing, I'm not doing anything. If somebody gets alcohol poisoning or is sexually assaulted what can I possibly do? I told Bradley he can't do it but apparently me being a residence assistant means nothing so I just give up."
Tsaaq: ((Adam** not Eli.))
Covet: -Eli looked at Adam and gave a shrug- If you take the fact that such a horrible thing happened last time there was a party at the dorms, It does sound kind of fun. But I don't want to present a bad example for the SGA. Course, it's a costume thing, so people wouldn't necessarily know who was who.... -he trailed off then shrugged- But again, it's the principle of the matter, and I know you don't like the idea that it's happening so I'll support you in that.

Alexithymiaa: "I'm not encouraging anything. All I said was that I was thinking of going..." He shrugged his shoulders. "Regardless of where people party and if there actually is alcohol or not, college kids are going to find trouble. It's just the way it works, apparently. It's better to be there and hopefully oversee things so they don't get out of hand rather than ignore it altogether."-
Tsaaq: "People just have no respect for authority or rules. They act on impulse. It's annoying but it will also be their downfall so I can't be bothered a lose sleep over it." She rambled. "No, I will not oversee anything. Nobody respects me enough to do it elsewhere so why would I even try? And my main problem is talon hall is in my jurisdiction so if anything goes wrong? I'll get in trouble, which nobody cares about apparently. So fine. Do whatever you want to do. I'll be home, studying, reading, whatever I feel like doing tomorrow."
Covet: I never thought about it like that. So basically the party should have chaparones?  I mean, that sounds at least a little better than letting it completely get out of control like last time. But again, I'll probably just stay home and figure out what costume to wear for Thursdays dance, and studying. -He nodded then grabbed a cleaning towel and the cleaner so he could go wipe down tables.-
Alexithymiaa: "Well I'll probably still go and try to keep as many people out of trouble and acting responsibly as possible." He turned to shove the rag underneath the counter, replacing the bottle of spray cleaner with it before crossing to grab the broom from the closet.-
Tsaaq: Bliss shook her head. "Well maybe instead of worrying about parties you should be at home studying if you've been so worried about midterms. Let the chips fall where they may. If they get themselves into trouble that's it. They brought it on themselves." Bliss sighed as she stared down at her iPad. "It's ridiculous if there would be chaperones it might as well be a sga approved event which it is NOT. And no one had the decency enough to ask permission or anything it's all ridiculous, what I should do is call the police and tell them to break it up a half an hour in. I'll probably end up doing that. Or at least telling the Dean to do so. Something." Bliss forced herself up out of her seat and grabbed onto her cane and slowly moved away towards the tables. "Can we stop talking about this? It's honestly just making me angry and I'm going to have another anxiety attack over a bunch of childish morons."
Covet: -Eli furrowed his brow as he listened to her- Well to be fair, you did bring up the party. If it's causing you so much stress and anxiety, why be in the position. I mean it's already on your transcripts that you did it. It's not like you've really been living there to over see a lot of what's going on these days. I mean this in the best way,  You've kind of outgrown the job. -Eli said suggesting it to her- Then when they ignore you and chose not to listen, you have no reason to claim responsibility for any of it. Instead of worrying about what all the "childish morons" are doing, you can focus on things like the Sexual Rights and Awareness Festival thing we talked about in the SGA texts. To me that takes priority in the big scheme of things, rather than some silly arguement about a dorm party. -He said moving onto the next set of tables.- Let the dorm parties and nonsense, be someone else's problem.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam pushed the broom across the floor, sweeping as he listened to Eli. "That's true. You shouldn't let it get you down. No one should have the power to do that to you. I'm sure you have plenty of other things that are actually worth worrying about."-
Tsaaq: She turned to Eli and stared blankly at him. "Excuse me? I've outgrown my job? How dare you, do you know how hard I worked to get it in the first place? How much I wanted it in the first place?" She asked skeptically. "You know? I disagree. I think, I've been in a wheelchair for the last few months and I can't really do much else but be in my wheelchair. So what else have I outgrown? My role in SGA perhaps?" Bliss asked quickly. "This relationship?" She tilted her head a moment. "You know what? If it take actually living in talon hall to actually seem fit for my job then that's what I'll do." She said before grumbling. "It may not seem like a big deal to you two but it's a big deal to me okay?" She said exasperatedly. "I think I should get ready to head out." Bliss murmured as she went to grab her iPad.
Covet: -Eli frowned and turned around to look at her- Stop. First of all, outgrowing something isn't a bad thing. It means you've gained what experience you have from it, and it's time to move on. You've out grown your position as RA, that is my opinion and I'm standing by that. Purely because I see how much more potential you have to be influential outside of the dorms. Your wheelchair never stopped you from going to the dorms, and being an active RA. You did. The chair is an inanimate object, it can't keep you from doing anything, if it did would you be standing and walking like this today? -He said in a calm cool fashion.- If you feel you've outgrown our relationship, then I'll accept that as your oppinion and whatever actions come after that, but from my vantage point, there's still a lot of growing for us both. I'd like nothing more in the world, than to do that with you, but I can't force you to do it with me. -He turned around and went back to cleaning off the tables.-
Alexithymiaa: -Adam just stood in the far corner of the store, both hands on the broom as he gawked at them, feeling entirely awkward and wanting desperately to slip away.-
Tsaaq: "Just stop, you've said enough and you're just digging the hole deeper." She said as she rose her hand to him a moment. "I'm moving back into the dorms." Bliss sighed as she pulled on her jacket. "I don't feel like I've outgrown anything, you're the one telling me your 'opinion' of things I've outgrown. I was simply asking a question." She grumbled. "I'll come and pick up my things from the apartment tomorrow." She told him as she limped to the door with her cane and her phone in the other hand. "I'm going to stay with my grandmother until then." She said before going out the door.
Covet: -He sighed and rubbed his temple- Am I not allowed to express my oppinion now? or I just supposed to accept yours, on all things, always? You're only seeing the negative in what I'm saying, when I'm saying because You can do more as an active SGA president, than a stressed out glorified babysitter, which, c'mon...that's what the job of RA is. You're potential is so much more than that, Bliss. So I'm not sorry for being honest about how I feel.  I'm more sorry that you can't see that in yourself. -Eli said taking his cloth over to the register. He glanced at Adam- You don't need to stick around for this dude, Go ahead and clock out, I can handle closing by myself. -He said then glanced at the door where Bliss was- I love you, get there safely, and I'll see you tomorrow. -Was all he said before focusing on counting down the till and printing the end of shift sales report.-
Alexithymiaa: "Uhh... okay. Thanks." He moved quickly over to the computer, replacing the broom in the corner and clocking himself out. He turned to look at Eli, giving a quick sigh. "I'm sorry about all of that. She'll realize you only want the best for her." He sent him a friendly smile before turning away, heading out of the shop.-
Tsaaq: She mantaned an irritated expression. "Night." She murmured. Bliss let out a burdensome sigh as she went outside into the cold, waiting on the uber that would take her to the house for the night.
Covet: -Eli finished doing the closing things and then went to go flop into his bed and sleep and mull over things in his head.-
