Robert N Vohra is a successful professional, with many years of experience in transactional law, international and domestic law and general corporate representation. He is admitted to the New York, California and District of Columbia bar.  He works as the Managing Director of Longstreet Worldwide LLC, and as the President of Sherwood Capital Corporation, Fairfax. In this position, he works as an agent to many large real-estate corporations, multinational companies, and pension and investment funds seeking  investment properties in the U.S. He also assists high net worth clients by using life insurance products for estate tax planning.

Prior to this, Robert N Vohra was a partner of Vohra & Associates, PLLC, where he offered representation to many corporations on the issues of construction law, securities, tax and bankruptcy. He worked with several clients, including high profile individuals and various small to medium sized firms. From March 1993 to July 1997, he worked with Shawn, Mann & Steinfeld and represented many clients in corporate finance, arbitration and transactional matters, such as domestic and international tax planning. He also undertook the responsibility of drafting placement memoranda for exempt transactions. Some of his achievements in the company included successful reversal of a NASD de-listing order for a foreign firm, and securing a considerable settlement from a national bank on a breach of trust case.
