  3. (Perk) As The Corvid Flies: Like all ravens, they have the ability to fly. Gain a Base Dex*1.5 (round down to nearest integer) chance to dodge incoming attacks and a [LVL] bonus to initiative.
  4. (Perk) Amateur Chemist: Gain access to the Flashing Pinions action.
  5. (Perk) Eye of the Raven: Grants access to the Swift Deduction action.
  6. (Perk) Speed of Thought: Given enough time and effort, any detective could come to the correct conclusion. The trick is in outthinking and outmaneuvering the perpetrator quickly enough that they're rendered unable to hide their guilt. 'Soft' (non-stun) duration-based effects applied by this character's actions against enemies with lower Initiative when the effect is first applied last for one additional round.
  7. (Flaw) Hollow-boned: Hyperintelligent and technologically advanced or not, a bird still tends to have the basic weaknesses of a bird. Take an additional 50% damage from blunt/bludgeoning attacks. Further, whenever struck by a bludgeoning attack, there is a (Damage)% chance of stunning the bird for a single turn.

  25. Flashing Pinions (Perk-Active, Level 4):
  26. -Select up to 4 targets, dealing 1d6+Int damage to each. The targets are stunned for 1 turn. After taking this action, the raven loses the initiative bonus from Flight for one turn. Two turn Cooldown.

  32. Blinding Talon (Active, Level 2): When one gets into a scuffle, whether on the street or in the air, one needs be pragmatic. An enemy that can't see you can't hit you, and there's no better way to prevent them from seeing you than going straight for the sensory organs.
  33. -Deals 1[WD] to the target. Inflicts Blindness (applies a 20% miss chance to the target's offensive actions) for 1 (+1 Speed of Thought) round.

  37. Mimicry (Active, Level 2): The raven is a natural mimic. By duplicating and throwing sounds in voices in the midst of a brawl, they may confuse and deceive their foes, forcing them to make careless mistakes--or even to harm their own allies.
  38. -Select up to three targets. For 1 (+1 Speed of Thought) round, those targets are Confused (may only target the raven or an ally with an offensive action if they also apply the effects of that action to themselves or another of the raven's enemies). The raven may specify that one victim of confusion must target themselves, rather than targeting randomly. 5 round cooldown.

  42. Pulling the Thread (Active, Level 2): The smallest action can have consequences far beyond what you might expect. Remove a nail, a kingdom falls. Misplace your hat, get tossed through time and space. Tug at a thread, and the whole mystery unravels. Through simple logic, the raven may identify and pull at one such thread, leading to the downfall of their enemies.
  43. -Apply 'Domino Theory' for 2 (+1 Speed of Thought) rounds to up to 5 targets of the raven's choice. When 'Domino Theory' expires on a target, deal INT+xd6 damage to that target, where X is the number of rounds the target spent affected Domino Theory. Targets affected by domino theory deal [Raven's INT]/2 less damage on all attacks, to a minimum of 0. 5 turn cooldown.
  44. --Base: Apply 'Domino Theory' for 2 rounds to up to 5 targets of the raven's choice. When 'Domino Theory' expires on a target, deal INT+Xd6 damage to that target, where X is the number of rounds the target spent affected by Domino Theory. 4 turn cooldown.
  45. --Level 2: While 'Domino Theory' is active on a target, reduce all damage inflicted by that target by [Raven's INT]/2. Increase cooldown by 1.

  47. Swift Deduction (Perk-Active, Level 1): No defense is perfect. No puzzle can't be solved. Analyzing the target allows the raven to identify weaknesses in the enemy's defense, and direct their allies to strike at the necessary points.
  48. -As a free action, target one enemy. Reduce that enemy's flat DR by (3/4 INT), and reduce percentile-based resistances to all effects and debuffs by (INT*3) percentile, to a minimum of zero, for 1 turn. May use the upgraded Full Scan (See level 5) once per encounter.
  49. --Base: As a free action, target one enemy. Reduce that enemy's flat DR by Int/2, and reduce percentile-based resistances to all effects and debuffs by (Int*2) percentile, to a minimum of zero, for 1 turn. Two turn cooldown.
  50. --Level 2: Reduce cooldown by 1.
  51. --Level 3: Remove Cooldown. This action may only be used once per round.
  52. --Level 4: Multiply base effects of this action by 1.5x.
  53. --Level 5: "Full Scan." Collect detailed information about the target in an instant, revealing all their resistances, weaknesses, immunities, and health. This part of the action may only be used once per encounter.

  55. Damning Conclusion (Active, Level 1):
  56. -Inflicts Judgement (allies targeting the character with an offensive action inflict +(Raven's INT)/2 damage in addition to the normal effects of their action, and reducing the target to or below 0 hp lowers all allied cooldown timers by 1) on 1 target for 3 (+1 Speed of Thought) rounds, with a 5 round cooldown.
  57. --Base: Select three targets. Inflicts Judgement (Reducing affected target to or below 0 hp lowers all allied cooldown timers by 1). 3 Duration, 5 Cooldown.
  58. --Level 2: If an character hits a target affected by Judgement with an offensive action, deal (+Raven's INT/2) damage to the target in addition to the normal effects of the action.
