TPHD All Stamps brainstorming:

I'm going to list out stamps by location and then any extras required to get them. Assumptions here are that you have minimum items necessary to get there before I start listing restrictions. Overworld stamps assume you have access to wolf/items required to get to master sword as well.

Dungeons:
Forest Temple:
1 - A: by boss key
2 - N: room you worm boost to the stamp in
Goron Mines:
3 - H: underwater in outside room
4 - U: above H on clawshot platform (needs clawshot)
Lakebed Temple:
5 - K: below boss door
6 - Y: at the top of east spiral slide
Arbiter's Grounds:
7 - D: near the end of the spinner playground section
8 - Midna (Surprised): on Poe Skip ledge
Snowpeak Ruins:
9 - B: jump down after double lja for small key
10 - Q: behind an armor in the lobby
Temple of Time:
11 - L: at the back of the room with two armos and a small key
12 - T: outside boss key room
City in the Sky:
13 - G: on the island at the top of east wing over by a poe
14 - Z: near a poe across the gap from boss key room
15 - Ooccoo: towards the bottom of east wing at the top of the first room
Palace of Twilight:
16 - Midna (Angry): in west wing second room on upper level
17 - Zant: in east wing on the upper left side of second room in an alcove
Cave of Ordeals:
18 - Link (Surprised): floor 10
19 - Zelda (Angry): floor 20
20 - Midna (Happy): floor 30
21 - Heart Container: floor 40
22 - Fairy: floor 50
Hyrule Castle:
23 - Zelda (Sad): on the second floor of east wing outside (near the courtyard entrance)
24 - Zelda (Happy): treasure room
Overworld:
Faron Province (field):
25 - Link (Wolf): grotto east of the entrance to hyrule field from faron woods
Eldin Province (fields):
26 - C: grotto directly north of north kak exit
27 - Piece of Heart: Bottom of goron stockcave (torches)
28 - Link (Sad): grotto at south end of Bridge of Eldin
29 - E: northwest of kak gorge, LJA to get to it (no dominion rod required)
30 - O: in the lantern cave in the southeast of kak gorge area
Lanayru Province (fields):
31 - Link (Angry): in grotto at the top of clawshot cliff in west hyrule field
32 - Zelda (Surprised): in chest on pedestal in south hyrule field (needs spinner or backslice)
33 - V: in hole from south hyrule field (drop off and jumpslash down, no extra items needed)
34 - P: in grotto just west of the stream flowing from upper zora's river in n. hyrule field
35 - I: in grotto east of bridge in north hyrule field
36 - F: underwater chest at southern end of north hyrule field
37 - M: grotto south of Hylia bridge at end of clawshot rock area
Lake Hylia:
38 - J: in long dark lantern cave (torches)
39 - Treasure Chest:
40 - W: underwater chest near stepping stones poe
41 - S: in grotto right outside of lantern cave
42 - Cucco: third highest level of flight by fowl game
Hyrule Castle Town:
43 - Malo Mart: bought for 100 rupees in Hyrule Castle Town Malo Mart (1200 rupee sidequests and barrel minigame)
44 - Agitha: automatically received after donating 12 bugs (get 12 bugs)
45 - Rupee: talk to Jovani's cat after finishing poe sidequest (60 whopping poes, have fun)
Sacred Grove:
46 - X: across the spinner rails in the first area you fight skull kid in (can lja to chest)
Gerudo Desert:
47 - R: western edge of desert surrounded by pits (lja over)
48 - Midna (Sad): in grotto in northern part of desert (along with two poes inside and one above)
Ordon Ranch:
49 - Link (Happy): in grotto in goat barn (gold chu is here !!!)
Special:
50 - True Midna: automatically received after getting the other 49 stamps (run ends here)

So it looks to me like the bare minimum is:
- Beat forest temple
- Beat half of goron mines to get to stamps, may as well get bow, come back with clawshot/ooccoo for stamps
- Beat lakebed temple
- Beat arbiter's grounds
- Beat all of snowpeak
- Beat all of temple of time (because poes)
- Beat all of city in the sky
- Beat all of palace of twilight
- Beat all of cave of ordeals
- Beat all of Hyrule Castle except final bosses
