First; the Masquerade. Respect the veil at all costs. Breeches that cannot reasonably be covered will result in sure death.

Second; the Domain. This city is my city, and mine alone. I command respect when within my city, and my say is the last say.

Third and Fourth; the Progeny and the Accounting. Siring is permitted at the Kindred's discretion, but failure to provide for your childer for at least a year will result in the death of the childe. Any misstep the childe makes, both sire and childe will be punished the same.

Fifth; Hospitality. If told to leave my city, you will leave. failure to present new Kindred - both new childer and visitors to my city - to myself will result in calling of the Lextalionis.

Sixth, the Destruction. Slaying of another Kindred will result in a tribunal and possible Lextalionis if diablerie was committed. On the other hand, in the event of a blood hunt, if the accused is captured and diablerised, then a pardon will be issued. The Destruction is also permitted in the case of the Sabbat - they are to be killed on sight, and diablerie is permitted on the sorry dogs.

Killings of mortals are punishable by death, unless it was an accident, which will be treated on a case-by-case basis. It is advised to closely supervise any new childer on their first few feedings.

Failure to report any breakings of the Laws will result in being branded traitor and punished accordingly. Failure to report Sabbat incursions will be punished with death."
