Tarke is using Path of Building, which is a very detailed build planner.

You can download it at https://github.com/Openarl/PathOfBuilding

You can share your build by following these instructions:
 - open the "Import/Export Build" tab
 - in the "Build Sharing" section, click "Generate"
 - a code will appear
 - click "Copy"
 - go to https://pastebin.com
 - paste your code in there
 - click "Create New Paste"
 - share the Pastebin link (yes, you're allowed to post it in chat)
