- Many times I forget that the characters were watching are demons that live in hell, and it doesn't help that this shows fanart is mostly slice of life dreck.

- I mean it kinda sorta makes sense, seeing as Hell looks to be the living world only even worse and with crazy magic sht. They have vending machines (full of hard drugs), they have to pay rent (with no laws against exploiting sxual favors out of your tenants instead of money). They are basically living an even worse version of every day life with an annual invasion of murder angels instead of Christmas.

- Yeah but they never even take advantage of it being an anarchic warzone or focus on any of the crazy magic sht, so it effectively becomes a moe anime except the characters are hideous, brightly colored and jagged abominations that look like they were smoothed over in an AI program to fit the artists more soft, rounded style that was influenced by slice of life anime they watched in their formative years.
