Welcome to the Mineplex Trainee Application form.

As a Trainee, you will undergo a 2 month trial in order to become a Moderator. As a staff member you will assist players with any concerns, including answering questions and punishing rule breakers, alongside interacting with the community and staff team. You will also get the opportunity to gain extra responsibilities and further help Mineplex.
Before applying, make sure to do the following:

Mineplex Experience
What brought you to Mineplex, and what has kept you here? Mineplex is in fact the first server I played. Back in 2016, when I first joined Minecraft in general. I was an aspiring new player and I found a place in Mineplex, fast forward to 2018 and I had went away from Minecraft for a year, this year, I am proud to say that I am back and I am reaching for a higher place on Mineplex and hoping I can help players out similar to the staff who helped me out years ago. What has kept me here? The community, as long as there are no rule-breakers, the community is the BEST I have seen on Minecraft, I enjoy playing on Mineplex because of so. I also approve of the way the staff answers the community’s questions, and multiple other reasons like selection of games, which are as popular as ever, and MPS(es)
Is there anything specific that inspired you to want to join the staff team?
As I have mentioned before, I want to assist new players and all players in general, I also am interested in the many staff teams including Content Creator Council and Reports Team. One very specific thing that motivated me to take one step closer to in the community is that the staff-to-community interaction, which I am very inspired by. On normal servers, the level of staff to community interaction is close to none, so when I see Mineplex, one of the largest Minecraft servers have this level of staff-to-community communication and at this rate, it really motivated me to apply here. Also, the rate of the Staff’s activity, I believe it to be the most active I have seen on Minecraft and I hope to be apart of that. I also hope to be a part of the staff team because I want to assist Mineplex in the ridding of cheaters, and in general, rule breakers.
Have you had any outstanding positive or negative experiences on Mineplex?
I believe Mineplex to be very well designed, from the minigames to the MPSes, they are all designed to be user-interactive and completely intuitive, +1. I also believe Mineplex to be very staff-to-community oriented (as stated above in a prior question), +1. I believe the AntiCheat, to be completely functionable and usable, and the rate of the staff’s activity is amazing, +1. Those three I believe to be my positives, my negatives are listed here: I believe Mineplex’s selection of games is somewhat small, I hope to see us improve and add more original games, I believe two things to be the core of Mineplex, community, functionability, and minigames. Adding more minigames will allow us to expand our playerbase to a more widespread audience, -1(but +1 also.), I believe that the Mineplex anticheat, although I just said it is functionable and usable, is inefficient, I understand that there is not, in fact, a full-time GWEN developer as of the moment, but on the other hand, if we could make it so that GWEN is more efficient and quicker at detection of cheaters’ movements, click speed, and angle of aim, GWEN will, inevitably, be more efficient at catching cheaters, (-1 +1).

In conclusion, I did in fact, technically, did not give any negatives, but I gave neutral suggestions on how we can improve the current negatives of Mineplex.

What is something you would suggest to improve Mineplex?
I would suggest most of my negatives (stated above) to you and a few other suggestions: I would like to make it so that it is easy to connect and there are less ping, which is not easy to do, but actually will improve the server a lot to people who have A. Slow internet speeds, B. Low ping, C. Live in a remote area. This will improve a lot to the community, where I have already seen frustration at lagspikes and lag so severe that a person can shoot a bow & arrow and it lands a minute later. This will need to be fixed eventually, but as of right now, some people are suffering from such lagspikes. I also would like to see more community-oriented events (maybe every week?) besides Karaoke. I belive this would maintain our playerbashave e and get more people interested.

What qualities or traits do you possess that could benefit the staff team?
Whatever I do, I am committed until the end and ambitious to get past every obstacle there is, no matter how challenging it might be. I respect and assist others, which plays a key part in any staff team, and I can be, and will be, in fact, very active to the server and assist other players avidly. I listen to suggestions and questions and answer them throughly, I also have organizational skills that allow me to be more efficient, and a knowledge of modified clients which I have used in the past and reformed from,

What are you hoping to accomplish in your time on the staff team?
I am going to try to build a knowledgeable community and test maps. In my time, I also hope to see one new game released and I would also like to assist on the teams forementioned and to play a role in the Chinese Translations team. I also hope to accomplish at least one thing to help improve gwen, as I am a very avid programmer as well, and hoping to assist hosting a certain team that I have a plan for.
Do you have any community or staff team goals? Are you aiming to join a specific team?

I have a connection to buildmcpe.eu, which is a pocket edition / bedrock server which ceased to exist one year ago, I was very close friends with the owner and also a moderator, the server, at one point, had 1189 members, which was our record.
