  3. The Secret Project Indie ARG/Game community is coming along nicely. This email will share some updates on the project.

  7. First off, I want to say thank you for all the support and sharing that you have given us. I've received emails from a lot of you and I really appreciate the ideas and input on the community and future ARGs. Everyone involved is excited about this project - it's awesome and it's only the first 'official' week!

  9. As it stands now, I have about 15 emails I need to reply to. So if you have emailed me and not received a reply, I apologize and you'll receive a reply soon. Thanks for your patience.

  13. OK, now for the Week 1 update so you know what is going on with the secret project
  14.  
  15. Leo Jaitley and I began this week with creating a master MindMap. We are collecting and organizing ideas into this MindMap. Currently this MindMap is at "Iteration 1." So we're just getting started.
  16.  
  17. Now that we have "Iteration 1" mapped out, we are going to start interviewing Indie Devs directly and ask them key questions. If we can identify some ways that we can help Indie Devs, we can build solutions to their problems into the community itself.
  18.  
  19. This way we'll have more Devs using the community to connect with game players, and everyone will benefit in the end, especially the game players who get to connect with and play with the Devs.
  20.  
  21. We will take all of the input from the Devs and go back to our MindMap and create an "Iteration 2." By constantly simplifying the core idea, we'll be able to clarify what the goals of this community are, and we'll be able to determine how best to serve both the Devs and the Players.

  23. So, this next week Leo and I will be setting up short interviews with Indie Devs. If you want to help out we are looking for people who can run interviews. We'll provide a set of questions to ask, and you can ask them via email or phone. Just let me know by responding to this email. Thanks!
