  1. Tsaaq: ((Nice shirt nerd.))
  2. Alexithymiaa: (Hey wow fuck off)
  3. Tsaaq: ((Pfft. nerd.))
  4. Alexithymiaa: (Hows that Star Wars fic coming?)
  5. Tsaaq: ((I don't know what you're talking about.))
  6. Alexithymiaa: (Sure you don't.)
  7. Alexithymiaa: -Adam stood next to the tall rack of comics, a stack held against his side and craddled in his arm as he gently slipped one back down into its proper place to match the one behind it. He grabbed for the next one off the top of his stack, looking down at the cover to examine it before scanning the rack for its matching counterparts.-
  8. Tsaaq: She sat on the couch with one leg crossed over the other and her iPad in her lap, reading fanfiction no doubt. "Adam?" Bliss called out as she looked up from the tablet. "Can you be a dear and wipe down the counter. I keep forgetting to get up... I feel so useless."
  9. Alexithymiaa: -Adam turned toward the couches to look at Bliss, smiling and giving her a small nod as he walked over and placed his stack of comics neatly in the center of the table. "Sure thing. Don't worry about it." Shuffling over to the counter, he grabed a rag from underneath, dropping it down on the surface and reaching for the spray cleaner to quickly spritz it down. Gripping the rag in his hand, he wax on wax offed the counter, watching the bustle of the shop as he did so.-
  10. Tsaaq: "Thaaank youuu." Bliss said in a sing song voice and lowered her gaze to her tablet once more. "We have some pretty exciting things coming up from the SGA. Thanks for your input yesterday." She said after being silent a moment.
  11. Alexithymiaa: -Adam stood up straight, furrowing his brows as his motion slowed, thinking back to yesterday and what input he'd really had to the girls' conversation, if at all. "Uh... you're welcome?" Forcing a smile over his lips, he dropped his eyes back down to the counter, beginning to wipe it down again. "I didn't know I helped ya'll that much."-
  12. Tsaaq: She shrugged her shoulders. "Any type of input is good input. Especially when it comes to school events. Most people sort of forget about school spirit" Bliss said and looked around at the amount of people had been in the shop. "Hey, you should come over here when you're done. You've been working pretty hard lately." She said softly. "You seem a little worn."
  13. Alexithymiaa: -He folded his rag and stowed it underneath the counter, frowning to himself before catching it and pushing the expression off his face. "Worn? Oh... I didn't realize my performance was lacking..." He trailed off, wringing his hands out in front of him as he moved around the side of the counter, closing the distance between him and Bliss on the couches. "I'm sorry."-
  14. Tsaaq: "NO! You're performance is great. You're great. Everybody here loves working with you and you're a team player!" Bliss said quickly to try and salvage the damage she'd done. "I mean worn, emotionally. Your work ethic is fine. But I'm talking to you as a friend right now, plus none of the customers seem like they need help right now and it seemed like an opportune time to have a talk."
  15. Alexithymiaa: -He turned to glance around the shop before dropping his eyes back down to Bliss, taking an easy seat on the coffee table in front of her. Leaning forward to rest his elbows on his knees, he gave her his full attention. "Okay... what's up?"-
  16. Tsaaq: Bliss bookmarked her place in the fanfiction because that was important and placed her iPad aside. "I know I ask you this all the time but, are you okay?" She inquired softly as she placed her hands in her lap and went into therapist mode.
  17. Guest_Lviahe: -The bells over the door jingled as Dillan pushed his way in. He nodded to the two people sitting on the couches at the center of the store before walking over to a row of comics.-
  18. Alexithymiaa: -He stared into Bliss' face, nodding quickly. "Yeah, I'm fine. Why do you keep asking me that?" His eyes lifted when he heard the sound of the door opening, pushing up to his feet again. "I should see if he needs help finding anything." He forced a smile onto his face and strolled over to the dark haired male. "Hi. Do you need help with something?"-
  19. Tsaaq: "Alright if you say so." She shrugged her shoulders and brought her device back into her lap, only looking up when she heard Adam greet a customer.
  20. Guest_Lviahe: -"Hey," Dillan said, glancing up from the comic in his hand. "I'm just looking." Dillan placed the comic back in it's spot. "Trying to find a series my brother might like."-
  21. Alexithymiaa: "Oh." Adam perked up a bit, moving beside the rack to look at what he'd been browsing. "How old is your brother? I might be able to make some recommendations."-
  22. Tsaaq: Bliss went back to reading her fanfic and stuff since she wasn't needed just yet it seemed but kept an ear out of the conversation.
  23. Guest_Lviahe: -"Hes a few years younger than me," Dillan said, scanning the comics in front of him. "He likes all the marvel movies. He's a big fan of the walking dead, although he doesn't want to read those comics because he thinks it'll spoiler the show."-
  24. Alexithymiaa: "Okay..." He paused, turning his head to look at the rack of comics as he thought of what the dude would like. "Well if he likes all the Marvel movies, he might want to read The Avengers since it ties them all together?" His voice was much more of a question than any sort of certainty, completely lacking any real confidence.-
  25. Tsaaq: She scoffed a bit and put her device down as she pushed up from the couch. "Hello sir, I couldn't help but overhear. If your brother enjoys The Walking Dead but doesn't want to read the comics maybe he'll like the Marvel Zombies series? It's not just the Avengers but's everyone is a zombie so that's fun." Bliss suggested quickly in her salesperson perky voice. "And there's Secret Wars which is popular right now, he could read Civil War. Since that's a fan favorite and about to be a film anyways."
  26. Alexithymiaa: (Nerd.)
  27. Guest_Lviahe: (Sam just died. WTF)
  28. Tsaaq: ((How am I A NERD?))
  29. Alexithymiaa: (Okay but you know he lives so stop complaining)
  30. Guest_Lviahe: -Dillan glanced over as the girl appraoched. "Those sound like good choices. I like the idea of giving him Civil War, he's looking forward to the movie. Would he have to read any other series to understand what's going on, or are they all self contained?"-
  31. Covet: [How you doin]
  32. Tsaaq: ((Nasty.))
  33. Covet: [...How is Joey Nasty?....He was just kind of dumb...special...]
  34. Alexithymiaa: -Adam bowed his head because he knew Bliss had this one and was ten times better of a sales person than he ever was, taking a step back to give her room to do her thing. "Oh well..." He stumbled over his words, pursing his lips because he didnt have the answer to his questions. "Excuse me." He turned away from them, walking across the shop and over to the counter to awkwardly taake his leave from that conversation.-
  35. Alexithymiaa: (Put your Jew away, Eli.)
  36. Covet: [XD]
  37. Guest_Lviahe: (Do you make your chracters dance all the time because you love dancing and wish you could be dancing as well?)
  38. Alexithymiaa: (How has it taken you this long to figure out)
  39. Guest_Lviahe: (I just never knew you enjoyed dancing so much)
  40. Alexithymiaa: (Yes. Yes very much.)
  41. Covet: -Eli walked out of the office and looked over at Adam at the counter. He looked across the store and saw Bliss talking up another sale. His face broke out into a proud smile, as he walked over to Adam.- Hey Man, how's is going? -He asked him, leaning back against the counter.-
  42. Tsaaq: She rubbed her chin and pursed her lips. "Well, there are collected editions that come in hardcover, which we sell here." Bliss answered. "There are the paperbacks which are a lot more of a pain to collect all together." Bliss answered, turning to wave at Eli once he came out the office, just for a moment and turning back to Dillan
  43. Guest_Lviahe: -"You really know a lot about this stuff," Dillan said. He looked up from the comic in his hands. "I'd love to talk about TV shows with you sometime, maybe over coffee?" he asked, flashing a smile.-
  44. Alexithymiaa: (Dead.)
  45. Tsaaq: ((https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/ef/74/92/ef7492da0bdf6b6865625daee63b8e50.jpg))
  46. Alexithymiaa: -Adam exhaled deeply and turned to look at Eli, slipping his hands into his front pockets. "Hey. It's... you know, going. I think Bliss is making another sale. She's real good at this stuff. I don't know how she does it." He stepped forward to lean his hands on the counter, easing his weight off his feet gently.-
  47. Covet: Yeah, she's amazing at what she does. -he said, seeing her wave at him, giving him his normal cheesy dork smile and a wave, before relaxing back against the counter.- You alright? You've seemed kind of, what'st he word? Bleh...meh? something like that.
  48. Tsaaq: Bliss let out an awkward laugh for a moment before furrowing her eyebrows. "Well I HAVE to right? I work here and all that." She sighed and gritted her teeth a moment. "Oh, coffee. I'm more of a tea person but sure, yeah that'd be nice." Bliss nodded her head, talking through her teeth with a fake smile on her face. Really hoping he meant actually just getting beverages and talking about comics.
  49. Guest_Lviahe: -Dillan saw the fake smile spread across her face and wondered if it ever fooled anybody. "Yeah," he said, coughing slightly to clear his throat. He turned to the rack of comics, quickly finding the collectors addition of Civil War. "I think my brother will like this," Dillain said, hoping his embarrasment wasn't showing on his face. He started moving towards the cash register. "Thanks for your help."-
  50. Alexithymiaa: -Adam couldn't help but roll his eyes, giving a small sigh. "Why does everyone keep asking me that? Everything is fine. Great." His voice strained on his last few words, turning to the computer to stare blankly into the screen. "We're not really that busy. Would you mind if I took off early tonight?"-
  51. Covet: I'm sorry man, I wasn't trying to offend you or anything. -he said putting his hands up- I was just looking out for you as another employee. If you need time off, or more hours or something, because of life stuff, then I want to be able to help out with that.-he explained then nodded- Yeah, go for it.
  52. Tsaaq: "You're welcome." Bliss let a genuine grin appear on her lips now as she watched him grab the hardcover. "I'm always glad to help and we'd love to have you back anytime." She said and rang him up, getting a bag for him and overhearing Eli and Adam. "See? It isn't just me." She called out in her usual matter-of-fact tone. "Wait before you go, can you try and get a hold of Hayley for me. Not right now but eventually. She isn't answering my texts so I figured I could ask you." She asked Adam before handing Dillan his bag. "Anything else we can help you with today?"
  53. Guest_Lviahe: -"No," Dillan said as he took the bag. "That's all." He noticed the guy who helped him earlier. He seemed frustrated and tired as he spoke with his co-workers. "Thanks for the help today, man," he said, giving him a slight nod as he walked out of the store.-
  54. Alexithymiaa: -He immediately moved to the computer to clock out, grabbing his jacket to shrug it on. "No." Was his only response to both Eli and Bliss and all of their remarks, his eyes shifting to Dillan and giving him a quick nod. "Yeah, no problem. Have a goodnight." He moved a hand to brush his fingers back through his hair, letting out a sigh as he turned away from the two and walked through the store to push the door open and head outside to his truck to go home and that was the worst post out ever but I feel shitty so deal with it.-
  55. Covet: Thanks for stopping in. Come back any time. -Eli gave the guy and Adam a wave, knitting his brows together at Adam's response.- Have a good night Adam. -he looked at Bliss- Ready to get closed up for the night?
  56. Tsaaq: Bliss furrowed her eyebrows. "No?" She repeated, a little confused then glanced at Eli. She gave Dillan one more wave and went to count her cash drawer. "Yes, just let me count this and we can head to my father's if you like. I'm pretty sure Persephone and Drew are out." Bliss suggested as she quickly counted through the coins.
  57. Covet: I think I might have made him upset, I just asked if he was okay...-Eli shrugged, then smiled at her- Alright My Dear, sounds wonderful to me. I'll go get the computers shut down and what not. -he said jogging across the room, to start turning off the computers and the game systems.-
  58. Tsaaq: "He's probably frustrated because I asked him if he was okay too." She sighed and went to count the bills. "It's not my fault that I'm intuitive and when a person tells me they're okay and their body language says otherwise. I'm just trying to help, is that so wrong?" Bliss pouted and finished off counting. "We're good for the night." She said as she closed the register.
  59. Covet: -Eli listened to her and made his way about the store double checking everything.- Ah, He could just be overwhelmed with everyone asking too. It's not wrong at all. Maybe he'll clue us in at some point. -he said with a reluctant sigh, walking behind the counter to grab his coat and his bag, pulling the keys out of his pocket as he walked to the door opening it up for Bliss- After you M'lady.
  60. Tsaaq: She laughed as she picked up her iPad and slipped it inot her messenger bag, glancing at her phone a moment. "A person who is okay does not do this." Bliss sighed and went towards the door. "Thank you sir." She kissed his cheek and walked out the store with a smile. "To my father's, correct?" Bliss asked and glanced at her car across the way.
  61. Covet: Exactly -he nodded then leaned into her kiss, before hitting the lights, closing the door and locking it behind him- Yep, I will follow you there. Drive safe My Love. -he told her, giving her a sweet kiss, pulling her into a hug. He made his way over to his vehicle, climbing in and getting it started up-
  62. Tsaaq: Bliss grinned and jogged to her prius and blew Eli a kiss. "You be safe too, dearest." She told him and drove to her dad's house and stuff so they could hang out and stuff there.
