it has come to our attention that uploaders use to split they files into smaller 100 MB chunks in order to receive more download revenue.
As this causes an high impact on our filesystem, our database and our server we can not tolerate and handle this anymore. Imagine a user instead of downloading 8times one 1 GB file has to download 100 parts each 100 MB, this is a higher impact on our hardware as more files we be uploaded and downloaded, and this causes errors (as most of you have experienced lately).

We have reduced the rates for files up to 100 MB but have massively increased the rates for files over 250 MB as an incentive to upload bigger files.

IMPORTANT: Any splitet archives with more than 150 parts will be deleted automaticly as a DMCA and Affiliate cheat attempt! This rule is from now on, does not affect older uploads though.
