Kiro Akaji in some DB weirdness, what?

Name: Kiro 'meep' Akaji

Race: Omni-Human: a god-tier humanoid abomination that shouldn't exist

Build: kinda like Kid Buu

Backstory: meep originates from the space between dimensions, a place previously shown in Xenoverse 2 that supposedly has no escape. It's hard to say if it was born or created, it kinda just... exists. It defies logic, and exists of its own free will apparently.
Through some unknown means, meep escaped from that void-dimension and ended up in Conton city, in Xenoverse's current history after the story. Being there, meep began to learn about life, and history and formed it's own identity: a humanesque being named Kiro Akaji. As Kiro he aspires to do good and live a human life, trying to become a time patroller-- at the same time, his former identity-- meep-- desires something deeper in meaning than human life, and existence beyond the realm of the gods.
These two aspects of his personality clash regularly, but that is his fate. For now, he's just a kid trynna become ~~hokage~~ a strong time patroller!

Abilities: meep's abilities are kind of unknown but one thing that is certain is that they naturally defy logic and the universal laws. Thus they are either dubbed Miracle-Bringing or God-Slaying power
Kiro's abilities however are much more normal to DBZ standards; demonstrating the same kind of power a well-trained human fighter would.
Currently, he's still training so his power isn't very impressive, but he shows plenty of potential and will to keep growing!
He's been training with martial arts mentors such as Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, Piccolo, and other Earth-based fighters, so his skill set naturally consists of techniques they use-- with slight variations and unique innovations such as a hybridation between Piccolo's Evil Explosion and Yamcha's Wolf Fang Fist.

If there are any 'unique' or special abilities he's shown, it's the use of Trust/Hope as a source of strength-- which is pretty common in Universe 7 whose mentors he's become accustomed to.
There's also something called 'Spirit-High'; a state in which emotional excitation is converted into Ki-- be it pure excitement, anger, sadness, happiness--- such emotions can fuel his energy in the heat of battle. When this occurs, his fighting intuition and physical prowess increase almost limitlessly to match the sensation, dishing out explosive moves. So, supposing he's fighting against someone out of his league in a drawn-out battle, he'll eventually start gaining up on him and be able to match the opponent. (Note that this happens in battles where a certain fighting feeling can be accumulated with great intensity: that is to say, it'll usually happen in long fights or heavily anticipated battles)

Forms: Imperfected Kaioken (limited at 3x currently), Rage mode {super-rare state), Cosmic Breaker-- name pending (basically the form he assumes when becoming meep. This can occur in different ways where meep either takes control instantly, or through different stages)
