Hello World Ending Theory

Notes:
1) this is just a theory. you're free to interpret the movie your own way
2) I'd like you to ask questions and make this a discussion to either strengthen my theory
or dispute it if I had wrong assumptions
3) I only watched the movie twice. I haven't watched ep 2 of Another World so this may all change depending that, or if BDs come out and we can replay the movie infinitely. or if the author / producers say otherwise. This is just my fan theory anyway

rules that the movie established before I lay out my theory
1) AllTale (altera) copies the real world indefinitely (drones are significant lol as well as quantum magic)
2) The main goal of Senko (?) Laboratory is to transfer / repair a person's consciousness
  by using an AllTale backup. think of souls in real world as fluctlights in SAO.
  Basically to heal a comatose person's brain is one of the applications
3) There's technically no Time Travel. Majority of the events in the movie happened in AllTale


open ended questions after watching the movie for the first time:
1) what happened at the end?
	1) why did naomi wake up from coma?
	2) why is there an older ruri (megane)?
	3) what is real and what is not? (how much of it is real anyway)
	4) what are they doing on the moon?
2) if all tale is not real, how did that connect to the real world?
3) How did Ruri wake up?

assumptions:
1) monsters /  homeostatic system programme kaiju (as Tv tropes described it)
	do not exist in real life. if you see one, you're in AllTale

2) Time Travel doesn't exist but if you're dealing with data, you can mess
	around with the variables (programming - hence Hello World title) before
	and after events occur

3) AllTale has some sort of feedback thingy going on  if you try to "dive" into it.
	3.1) You can dive into AllTale the same way you can extract a "soul" from it (see rules #2)
	3.2) It is not easy to come back and forth from AllTale like logging on/off (why else would Naomi's leg and back be like that)

4) Treat All Tale as separate "world lines" (Steins;Gate) from the real world. All Tale has 2 btw

5) Time (if it even exists as a concept in all tale) works differently in All tale and real world




Theory:
1) Real World Ruri gets into coma. this motivates Real World Naomi (RW Naomi)
  to join Senko labs whose goals is to transplant an AllTale soul of a person into another person
  (you see the lab rat suddenly awaken. it has meaning)

2) RW Naomi tries to get an Alltale version of Ruri's soul in RW Ruri's comatose body.
 Growing up in the process. I don't think anyone else in Senko Lab thought of it that way

3) RW Naomi dives into the past to get AT Ruri's soul and becomes sensei (it's easier to call him that).
	Two things happen in the real world and is recorded by Alltale in the Original AT world
	Let's call it AT1. This is also where AT goes bonkers
	3.1)  His body is in coma at this point when he dived into AT
	3.2) Simultaneously, Ruri's soul got transferred from AT2** into the RW comatose body Ruri

4) Where did RW Naomi's soul go? Alltale. but wait? I thought all tale copies everything perfectly and Naomi got comatose
	That's where you're wrong kiddo. AllTale just creates another world copy - AllTale2 (let's call it AT2).
	To this point, there are still no major errors. These AllTales act independently anyway and more importantly, there's no missing data.
	If you're familiar with programming, RW Naomi created another merge (merge2) of the alltale with an additional Naomi. no errors yet until we actually "push" the changes to the real world

5) Movie happens up to the lightning scene. After Sensei gets AT2 Ruri, this is where she gets to the real World (remember, this part is copied into All tale as well)
You gotta understand that AT is real world copy as I explained above. When Sensei returns to what he thought was the real world, he actually comes to AT1 world as AT1 Naomi.

	Proof: There are no monsters in real world, time travel is not possible, and AT1 Naomi/Sensei said "Don't tell me that this is also the past"

6) Rest of the movie is just them fixing errors in AllTale.

7) During the fixing process IN THE REAL WORLD when RW Ruri  awoke from AT2 Ruri's soul (let's call her Crow Ruri), Ruri prolly gets into Senko's Lab, joins the team,and wanted to save comatose Naomi  - with how he saved her.
 The problem is if she did everything the same, it will have feedback. Like if you put your mic close to the speaker, there will be infinite noise.
 So they had to go to the moon so the fact that Ruri "dived" into All tale doesn't get recorded
 Ruri dived in as the crow (dunno. or maybe Misuzu ? your call). all movie hints is that crow has watched AT2 Naomi do his best

8) Time problems work out if you think that the time flowed the same way Crow Ruri viewed them. This also explains why RW Ruri waking up from Coma and  Naomi getting "comatose" happens at the same time. It's safe to assume AllTale went bonkers after that and probably failed to copy / map the real world properly


Let us now answer the questions:
1) what happened at the end?
	1.1) why did naomi wake up from coma?
		>Crow Ruri extracted his "soul" from AllTale the same way Naomi did to her

	1.2) why is there an older ruri (megane)?
		>It's the real Ruri who's consciousness got revived from AllTale

	1.3) what is real and what is not? (how much of it is real anyway)
		>Older Naomi's actions during his flashback (on how he got motivated to mess around with AllTale's data and how he woke up in the end. that is real).
		>If you don't see any homeostatic system kaijuu / monsters, then it's real. basically the majority of the movie happened in AllTale


	1.4) what are they doing on the moon?
		>my theory is that Ruri wanted to avoid the feedback of her diving into AllTale be recorded by Alltale

2) if all tale is not real, how did that connect to the real world?
	>This is the goal of Senko's lab to figure it out

3) How did Ruri wake up?
	>if you're talking about the real Ruri, she woke up when Sensei stole AT2 Ruri after the lightning fiasco. see above for more details
