DUTIES:

·	Driving the front end design and development of the company’s web properties.
·	Integrating frontend with the business logic, and driving requirements needed from the backend.
·	Evaluating and implementing solutions for frontend development.
·	Ensuring desktop, mobile, and tablet browser compatibility.
·	Identifying and fixing client side performance bottlenecks.


QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

·	Bachelor’s Degree an added plus but not required with equivalent years of industry experience in a professional environment.
·	Ability to work under varying degrees of pressure.
·	Ability to work flexible hours and support night or weekend work as needed.
·	Excellent problem solving ability.
·	Excellent knowledge of online development methodologies and development project lifecycle.
·	Broad but in-depth knowledge of online technologies.
·	Essential programming skills & platforms (very high proficiency): Understanding of current web technologies (CSS, jQuery, HTML5, REST, JSON).
·	Open Source experience (PHP, PERL, Ruby, ETC).
·	Designed and built more than 2 Enterprise implementations on Magento (1 & 2) framework for B2C & B2B E-Commerce websites.
·	Advanced skills in databases, design patterns and exposure to other PHP frameworks.
·	Strong Linux/Unix system environment knowledge with knowledge of Magento deployment architecture and performance tuning.
·	Strong knowledge of Magento admin configuration and setup is a must have.
·	Strong design background
·	Excellent communications skills.
