MGE XE - http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/41102/? - Not a mod, just a program that runs in background when you load Morrowind. A must for your beastly system. Depending on system specs, you could have up to 5 to 10 cells of distant land instead of fog. Experiment to find what works best for you.
Better Dialogue Font - http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/36873 Much easier to read the text with this.
Morrowind Patch v 1.6.3.esm - http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43838/? A MUST download!
RunFaster-Fast.esp - http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42796/ The "Fast" ESP, reasonable move speed.
No Arrow Weight - http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42570/ Arrows in vanilla are weighted, so this is good if you're gonna be a marksman.
Strength Encumberance Multiplier - http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/28213 I use the 7.5x one because anything more becomes on the cheating side.

Timescale10.esp - A personal mod that changes timescale so days go slower. To do this, open the console ( ` button) and type in "Set timescale to 10" without quotes. Default timescale is 30.
Cooler Enchantment Ambience - http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/1454 Mod is DIRTY, clean with TESTool. Makes enchanged equipment less obvious and sticking out.
Combat Experience - Depth Perception - http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/30791 - I use the 75% version so fighting is less frustrating.
More Gold More Clutter - http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/13218 - My own loot mod, makes dungeon delving more rewarding and such. I have versions of it for Skyrim and Oblivion as well.
