SRWG2 - Lions Pride, REBORN

<Sandwitches> There is a flash...  and suddenly a certain White Lionesque Mecha finds itself tumbling through space, both of its pilots out of their senses...
<Basara_Syl> "Nnngh.. the heck?" Arturia says as she shakes off the feeling and grips the controls. "C'mon Gunleon, let's get moving." She attempts to get the white mecha moving properly once again.
<Sandwitches> The machine responds sluggishly to her controlls, slowly moving forward as her sub-pilot starts to awake.  "...  What happened..."  Mordred groans.

<Basara_Syl> "I'm not sure.. there was that sudden flash and now we're.. somewhere.." Arturia spoke, wincing a little as she checks the monitors. What in the world just happened? Wasn't they just..?
<Sandwitches> "I...  can't find the Shokaku on sensors...  I can't find ANYONE on sensors..."  He shakes his head.   "... What was that thing?"
<Basara_Syl> "I'm not sure.. whatever it was, it was powerful." Arturia frowns as she too confirms that there's no one there. "Well this is a right mess we've gotten ourselves into. Spread out the sensor range to max, see if you can find something, anything out there."
<Sandwitches> "Right...  It's a good thing, we got Gunleons sensors upgraded to GGasK specs before the voyage..."  He mutters as he transfers power to the sensors and sets things in motion.  "Doing a System wide scan... now."
<Basara_Syl> Tapping the controls, Arturia thinks back on what happened and wonders if everyone is okay. This is definitely not a good predicament so she'll have to get their bearings quickly.
<Sandwitches> "...  We're defeintely not in the Sol System anymore.  I'm not sure where we are, but I'm only picking up 6 systems, as well as a yellow star."  He looks around at the information a bit.  "... I'm getting some strange energy readins however."
<Basara_Syl> "Strange energy readings? Like what?" Arturia asked, arching an eyebrow. It just gets weirder and weirder. Now they're not even in the Sol System anymore..
<Sandwitches> "I'm not sure...  It's not an energy type I'm fami-!"  Mordred nearly leaps out of his seat.  "In the middle of the energy readings...  I just caught the Granteeds IFF!"
<Basara_Syl> "What?! Where?!" Arturia exclaimed, her heart leaping in her chest. This was the first bit of good news she heard!
<Sandwitches> "About Twenty Degrees to the left...  I'll put the direction on your Display, you just follow the arrows."  He says, and a arrow pointing off into the distance appears on Arturias main screen.
<Basara_Syl> Arturia nods and grips the controls, nudging Gunleon into motion. "C'mon Gunleon, work with me now.." She murmurs, heading towards the Granteed as quickly as she can.
* Anti-Goth has quit (Ping timeout: 240 seconds)
<Sandwitches> After about ten minutes, Gunleons Cameras finally start to pick up signs of the events unfolding before them.
<Sandwitches> Granteed seems to be attempting to defend a purpleish feminine mech with wings, no head, and eyes where its breasts are.  It seems to be fighting about a dozen other headless mecha all of which seem to be working together with a surprising amount of teamwork...  And are lead by something that looks like a Giant Metal Banana.
<Sandwitches> In the distance, two massive ships, one which looks somewhat humanoid, and another than looks like a massive Centipede appear to be duking it out as well.
<Sandwitches> "...  I wish I could say this is the wierdest thing I've ever walked in on."  Mordred groans.

<Basara_Syl> Arturia chuckles softly and does a quick systems check to see if they're battle ready enough to join in. "Y'know my son, weird is a daily life for us these days." Arturia speaks before hailing the Granteed. "Ooooi, in a spot of trouble are ya?"
<RickDominated> "I don't believe it...my day only keeps improving..." Well, that's certainly the right pilot, the machine straining as it locks fists with a two bodied machine, before leveraging it up and over it'self in a burst of green particles that weren't standard before. "Arturia! Gods...I thought I'd never hear from anyone else again...!"
<Sandwitches> "Is that really her Daddy?"  a girls voice comes over the line with Kojiro.  "Is that aunite Arturia?"
<RickDominated> "I dunno...are you real?" He chuckles, Granteed's eyes flashing. "I hope to hell you are, Arturia."
<Basara_Syl> "Don't worry, I am real. What's going on, Kojiro? What exactly am I looking at here?" Arturia asked, then paused. "..Is that Calvina..?"
<Basara_Syl> Shaking her head, Arturia realized she was chatting in the middle of battle. "Wait, hold that thought. We'll talk after we've cleared out these.. weird mecha." She says as she charges into battle.
<RickDominated> "Long story...one of several...but I've kinda fallen in with some people these last couple of months..." Her IFF Pings, painting around half the units as Blue for Friendly. "And I've got no idea myself!"
<Sandwitches> "KOJIRO!  Who is that?  Why'd you register it's IFF as friendly?"  A new and QUITE angry sounding female voice tears over the comms.
<Basara_Syl> Last couple of months..? That can't be right. Arturia thought to herself, frowning. Either way, she needed to prepare for battle. "Mordred! We're going in!" She yelled, bringing the giant wrench to bear. "Calm down lady, Kojiro and I have history."
<Sandwitches> "A *HISTORY*!?"  That just seems to rile up the voice even more.  "What *KIND* of history!?"
<RickDominated> "...Later, we'll go LATER."
<Sandwitches> "Oooooooh no, you're not wiggling out of THIS one, you Mongrel!"  The woman growls.
<RickDominated> "I can't win for losing around here... She's a friend...just...trust me on this one."
<Basara_Syl> Arturia rolled her eyes with a smirk. "Do you honestly want to do this during a battle? A warrior needs focus!" Arturia spoke as she engaged the nearest mech that didn't register as a friendly.
<Sandwitches> The Nearest non-friendly appears to be the yellow machine, which barely manages to dodge away from her attack...   "Mother we have an incoming hail."
<Basara_Syl> "Answer it." Arturia says, turning the mech to face the yellow machine again.
<Sandwitches> He does so, and a new male voice comes over hte line.  "Hey, who the hell are you?!"
<Basara_Syl> "Your people are attacking my friend, so I'm gonna help him. Simple yes?" Arturia speaks, waiting for the yellow mech to make a move.
<RickDominated> "They're always like this apparently..."
<Sandwitches> "Attacking HIM?!  You beatmen have been hunting us for years!"
<Basara_Syl> "Beastman? I'm hardly a beastman. And I just got here so HOW could I be hunting you for years?" Arturia asked crossly, then looked over to Kojiro. "Kojiro, what exactly is going on here?!"
<RickDominated> "The ones I'm with are a race of animal people...or something close. These are people who are fighting against them... Human, as far as I can tell. Arturia, w're a LONG way from home.
<Basara_Syl> "Oh geez.. what the heck?!" Arturia grimaces, running a hand through her hair. "So why exactly are the beast people hunting the human-like people?"
* NHO has quit (Quit: Net fault.)
<Sandwitches> "Becuase these Mongrels killed Tymilph!" The Rage filled female voice roars over the comms.  "If you are really an ally of Kojiros then you MUST HELPL US KILL THEM *ALL*!"
<Sandwitches> "Don't listen to her, Those Damn Beastmen have been attacking our planet for years!  We're not sure why."  the mans voice counters.
<Basara_Syl> "Oh my god, what have we walked into?" Groans Arturia as she facepalms. "Kojiro, can I see you for a sec? Seriously, get over here."
<RickDominated> "Yeah, this has been like this for a year now... you actually are JUST what we need..."
<Basara_Syl> Arturia sighs and shakes her head. "Alright, who do I gotta beat up for there to be peace?" She says aloud.
<RickDominated> "It might just have to be all of them." He Deadpans.
<Sandwitches> "Well Adiane likes Daddy a lot..."  Calvina chimes in.
<Basara_Syl> "Noted."
<RickDominated> "Understatement. This is all about...Revenge...its' not healthy...no ones died here today...I'd like to keep it that way." He says quietly.
<Basara_Syl> "Ahh great, well in that case I'll not attack as I'm not fond of holding back. I'll hear your side of this story first, then listen to theirs."

<RickDominated> "My side? Not much too it...I've been hear a year now...already....damn..." He shakes his head. "And we've uh...grown close, I guess. Adiane and I. She took in Calvina and I...but she's uh..a firecracker, got to watch out for that...so don't hurt her, please."
<Basara_Syl> "I mean in the sense of the side you're on. I'll hear what they've got to say before doing anything." Arturia replied with a light chuckle. "Regardless I'll keep your words in mind."
<RickDominated> "Oh...well, I'm kinda...cemented here with the Beastmen for now."
<Sandwitches> Calvina giggles.
<RickDominated> "....I'll explain in more detail than that later."
<Sandwitches> And that jsut causes MORe giggles.
<Basara_Syl> "Mmm." Arturia replies, then turns to the yellow mech. "You in the tastily shaped machine. I'll be back to hear your side of this story, so look out for me."
<Sandwitches> "... The hell is going on here?"  The Yellow machine pilto growls.
<Basara_Syl> "That's what I'm going to find out." Arturia replies.
<Athon> "Waaaaaa. Wait wait wait wait!" A new voice invades the communicators, filling the air with cheerfulness. "What are you thinking, starting something without me!?"
<Basara_Syl> "..Eh?"
<RickDominated> "...huh?"
<Sandwitches> "... Nono-oneesama?!"  Calvina lets out a cheer.
