Will there {ever|ever before} be {meaningful|significant|purposeful} {peace|tranquility} {in the Middle|in the center|between} East? {Specifically|Particularly|Especially}, will the Palestinians {ever|ever before} {get|obtain} their sovereignty, {and|as well as|and also} will the last bloody {conflict|dispute|problem} {between|in between} Palestinians {and|as well as|and also} Jews be something of the past? Is that {even|also} {a possible|a feasible} or {potential|prospective|possible} {eventuality|scenario|possibility}? It would {certainly|definitely|absolutely} be {wonderful|fantastic|terrific|remarkable} if it {happened|occurred|took place} like that.

{Now|Currently} {then|after that}, {not long ago|recently} {a gentleman|a gent} {getting ready|preparing|preparing yourself} for {an intern|a trainee} with {a Think Tank|a Brain trust} {dealing with|handling|taking care of|managing} {Middle|Center} Eastern Issues, James asked; "Could not {a judge|a court} have {simply|just|merely} {decided|chosen|determined} this {a long time|a very long time|a long period of time} ago? {How|Exactly how|Just how} {about|around} today? {And|As well as|And also} whatever the {judge|court} {decides|chooses|makes a decision|determines}, {the peoples|individuals} of the {Middle|Center} East {have to|need to} {abide by|follow|comply with}?"

Well, that is {an interesting|a fascinating|an intriguing} {thought|idea} {and|as well as|and also} it {certainly|definitely|absolutely} {piqued|stimulated|ignited} my {curiosity|interest|inquisitiveness} to {here|right here|below} such {a plan|a strategy}. {Indeed|Certainly|Undoubtedly|Without a doubt}, I {replied|responded}; Yes, I{'ve| have actually} heard this {plan|strategy} {floated|drifted}. I {remember|keep in mind|bear in mind} Jimmy Carter {liking|preference|taste} that {concept|idea|principle}, {and|as well as|and also} although I am {not on|out} Jimmy Carter's {Christmas|Xmas} {list|listing|checklist} {nor|neither} him {mine|my own}, it {is worthy of|deserves} {mention|reference} {and|as well as|and also} {perhaps|possibly|maybe|probably} James is right, {maybe|perhaps|possibly} {would|would certainly} {could|might|can} {look at|take a look at|check out|consider} this {once again|once more}.

Still, {even|also} if {everyone|everybody|every person} {agreed to|consented to|accepted} {enter|go into|get in}; "Binding {Mediation|Arbitration}" or a Court {Type|Kind} {Deal|Offer|Bargain}, the {rendered|made|provided} {decision|choice} {would|would certainly} {need|require} to last. I am {told|informed} by {Biblical|Scriptural} Scholars that it would {only|just} last for "17-years" as it has been {written|composed|created} in prophesy, {or so|or two|approximately} I am {told|informed}, {but|however|yet} {then|after that} what? {Put off|Delay|Postpone|Avoid} for {another|one more|an additional} day, what is {inevitable|unavoidable|inescapable|unpreventable}, {how|exactly how|just how} can there {ever|ever before} be {peace|tranquility}. {And|As well as|And also} they{'ve| have actually} come close {at times|sometimes}, {but|however|yet} alas, the {restless|agitated|uneasy|troubled} masses march {again|once again|once more}. {Now|Currently} there are water {challenges|difficulties|obstacles} in the {region|area}?

{Is there|Exists} {a way|a method|a means} to make such {a plan|a strategy} {work|job}? Well, you {could|might|can} {start|begin} with a; "Water Court" as there are {huge|big|substantial|significant|massive} water {issues|problems|concerns} {in that|because} {region|area}. You {could|might|can} make {mandatory|obligatory|necessary|compulsory|required} {creation|development|production} of a desalination plant, water {pipelines|pipes}, {and|as well as|and also} sharing of water. {And|As well as|And also}, "if" all that {worked|functioned} to {everyone|everybody|every person}'s {liking|preference|taste} {then|after that} you {'d| would certainly} have {proved|shown|verified|confirmed} the court's worth {and|as well as|and also} {trust|count on|depend on|trust fund} {and then|and after that|and afterwards} you {could|might|can} {move to|transfer to|relocate to} the territorial {issue|problem|concern}, {and|as well as|and also} duality - sovereign states living side-by-side, {and|as well as|and also} it {could|might|can} {work|function} {temporarily|briefly|momentarily}.

{Unfortunately|Sadly|Regrettably|However}, we have the {next generation|future generation} {coming up|turning up|showing up} in Palestine {and|as well as|and also} they are {watching|viewing|enjoying|seeing} {TV|TELEVISION} {and|as well as|and also} being {trained|educated} to {distrust|mistrust|suspect|wonder about|question}, no {actually|really|in fact} {brainwashed|persuaded|taught} {into|right into} {hating|disliking|despising} their {neighbors|next-door neighbors} in Israel - {all over|around|throughout} {again|once again|once more}, {here|right here|below} we go, {so that|to ensure that|to make sure that} {too|as well|also} {would|would certainly} {have to|need to} be {dealt with|handled|taken care of|managed}. James states; "{Just|Simply} {a thought|an idea} ... {actually|really|in fact} {more|much more|a lot more|extra} like {a solution|a service|an option|a remedy} in {process|procedure}," {and|as well as|and also} {yes|indeed|of course}, it {very well|extremely well|effectively|quite possibly} {could|might|can} be. It's {a good|a great|an excellent} {thought|idea}, we {could|might|can} {write|compose|create} this up - {float|drift} the {plan|strategy} {and|as well as|and also} {promote|advertise} it, send it off to {who|that} {needs|requires} to be {thinking|believing|assuming} {here|right here|below}. I {think|believe|assume} it {could|might|can} {work|function} if there was {trust in|rely on|count on} the {arbitrators|mediators}, or court on both sides, by a neutral {party|celebration|event}.

{Sometimes|In some cases|Often|Occasionally} {people|individuals} {want to|wish to|intend to} be {heard|listened to}, {but|however|yet} we{'ve| have actually} {proven|shown|verified|confirmed} that if some {groups|teams} {yell|shout|scream} {and|as well as|and also} {holler|yelp|shriek|scream|cry|bellow|squeal|roar}, {then|after that} they {end up|wind up} {getting|obtaining} what they {want|desire}, {thus|therefore|hence}, they {continue|proceed} the {bad|poor|negative} {behavior|habits|actions}. If {settlements|negotiations} are {torn down|taken down|taken apart} {now|currently}, like {before|previously|in the past} {and|as well as|and also} the {new|brand-new} {construction|building|building and construction} {retreats|resorts|hideaways}, {we know|we understand} from {recent|current} {history|background} that this {will|will certainly} not {stop|quit} rocket fire, {suicide|self-destruction} bus bombs in Israel, or Israeli {border|boundary} guards being {taken hostage|hijacked}.

{Now|Currently} {then|after that}, as {skeptical|hesitant|doubtful|unconvinced|cynical} as you {might be|may be|could be}, James {admits|confesses} "This {might|may|could} {sound|seem|appear} a little {too|as well|also} {simple|easy|basic|straightforward} to {work|function} ..." {And|As well as|And also} yet, it is {has to|needs to} be {a simple|an easy|a basic|a straightforward} {plan|strategy} or it {can't|can not} {work|function}! See that {point|factor}? {Maybe|Perhaps|Possibly} James is onto something {here|right here|below}. Could this {scheme|plan|system} be the {beginning|start} of {an integral|an essential|an important|an indispensable} {part|component} of the {solution|service|option|remedy}?" Asks the future {Think Tank|Brain trust} {intern|trainee}? Well, {okay|alright|fine|all right} so, it {might be|may be|could be} "{PART|COMPONENT}" of {a solution|a service|an option|a remedy}, if {it could be|maybe} {implemented|executed|carried out|applied} in time, we are {entering|going into|getting in} {crunch time|do or die time|}, have you {noted|kept in mind} the {middle|center} eastern {weapons|tools} {build up|develop|accumulate} over the last 5-years?

If this {occurred|happened|took place} {and|as well as|and also} it {truly|really|genuinely|absolutely} was "{fair|reasonable} for all {concerned|worried}" as my {local|regional|neighborhood} Rotarian {friend|buddy|pal|good friend|close friend} {might|may|could} {say|state|claim}, {would|would certainly} "the Muslims throughout {all of|every one of} the {Middle|Center} East, {and|as well as|and also} throughout the {world|globe} {would|would certainly} {then|after that} {maybe|perhaps|possibly} soften their {harsh|severe|extreme|rough} {stance|position} opposed to Israel," {ponders|considers|contemplates} James. {Could|Might|Can} be - yes {perhaps|possibly|maybe|probably}, {maybe|perhaps|possibly}. {Of course|Obviously|Naturally|Certainly}, there {will|will certainly} {always|constantly} be those with "{extreme|severe} radical {ideologies|beliefs|ideological backgrounds} {wanting|desiring} {nothing|absolutely nothing} {less|much less} than the {complete|total|full} {destruction|damage|devastation} of Israel," as {has|has actually} been {noted|kept in mind}. {And so|Therefore}, I {wonder|question|ask yourself}, like I {said|stated|claimed} this {next generation|future generation} is {reaching|getting to} that age {soon|quickly}. {Too many|A lot of|Way too many} young {males|men}, high-unemployment, {nothing|absolutely nothing} to do, {blaming|criticizing|condemning} the Jews for {everything|whatever|every little thing}. It's {a problem|an issue|a trouble}. {Question|Concern|Inquiry} is can we {create|produce|develop} {a solution|a service|an option|a remedy} that will {work|function}? {Think|Believe|Assume} {on that|on that particular}.
