  1. Q - Why do you kill the armor merchant?
  2. A - He owed me money. Also his clothes give more souls per kill so that's a thing that can be useful.

  7. A - They also owed me money. They probably had something useful that I wanted off them and they wouldn't part with it with threats so I had to resort to violence.

  11. Q - Why is boss x not on the list?
  12. A - The list scrolls. If the run is all bosses then surprisingly enough every single boss will be killed. Darklurker, Vendrick, Ancient Dragon, Chariot, whatever the hell else there is, are all killed since they are all bosses. Just ask yourself if enemy x is a boss. If the answer to that is yes, then it will get it's shit rekt in. If it's any% / whatever else then a lot of bosses are optional and are not required to complete the game.

  16. Q - What's your build?
  17. A - First of all speedrun "builds" are called routes. If it's a hex based route all points usually go to int, fth and atn. If it's melee then str, dex, end, vgr and adp are leveled. There's really no set "build" for anything I do, I mostly just wing it with the amount of level ups I happen to have.

  22. A - Cool. I usually want to be fast though and hexes happen to be super fucking broken so they're faster.

  27. A - Depends on the route. For hex based routes it's cleric. For melee probably explorer.
