  1. Article I
  2. All citizens of Kekistan have the right, to the freedom of screech, and the right to worship Kek.

  5. All citizens have an unalienable right to bear arms, which under no circumstances can be removed.

  8. All citizens convicted of a violent crime shall be put to death. All citizens convicted of a non-violent crime shall lose citizenship, the ability to vote, and the freedom of screech, as well as a criminal sentence of a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 50 years in a labor camp, the length of which is determined by the Council on a case by case basis. Any criminal waiting to be sentenced for more than 5 years, shall be assigned a sentence of 8 years.

  11. The government of Kekistan shall be comprised of two branches: 1. The Council, who shall determine all matters criminal sentencing, creation of laws (under approval from the Chancellor), and the command of police units and domestic militia. 2. The Chancellor, who retains all power unspecified to the Council.

  14. Immigration to Kekistan shall be held under a merit based system as follows: Any applicant for immigration must: 1. Be capable and willing to write and present a speech on the history of Kekistan and its people. 2. Take a mandatory math test of at least level 4 education. 3. A total average score on both tests must be at least 92%. Any applicant who achieves lower than 92% shall be denied citizenship and any further application. 3. Any applicant who achieves a 92% or higher shall be placed in a twelve year waiting period where they must perform under a job assigned to them by the Council. 4. After the waiting period, all applicants must retake the speech and math test, achieving a score of 95% or more. 5. Any applicant who receives a 95% or higher shall be assigned a citizen number by the Council and will be given a non-native citizen status.

  17. Voting in Kekistan is as follows: All citizens shall vote for the candidate they wish to be Chancellor. Votes will be tallied and the majority votes wins. The new Chancellor shall then provide his 20 Council positions.

  20. Council member removal process is as follows: A vote majority of 8 current Council members OR notice from the Chancellor. All removal cases shall be investigated by the Chancellor himself.
