<color="yellow">Friendly fire is off. The Intercom has been extended to 40 seconds with its Cooldown reduced to 100 seconds. NTF and CI have the potential to arrive earlier as well as arriving later than normal.

<color="red">Rules
<color="yellow">Do not intentionally trap people in a room if you are on the same team.
<color="orange">Example: A Researcher can trap a Chaos Insurgent in a room as they are not on the same team
<color="yellow">Signing a truce between players is allowed, however it cannot be abused to intentionally grief others.
<color="orange">Example: Chaos Insurgent and an NTF team up but use it to just kill every Class D and Researchers.
<color="red">Do not randomly use the cuffs without a reason to do so.
<color="orange">Example: As NTF Commander you witness one of your men closing doors behind you and leaving your team to fight the SCP on your own. You can cuff this person for leaving your team for dead like the dishonourable coward he is.
