⇝background; mirae was born into a family of four. that included her mom, her father, younger brother and sister. mirae grew up in new york her whole life. she was a excellent student at school and it was decided by her that when she was 18 she would move to korea to study. her parents were against it but she still went. they are still on good terms though and keep in contact. she moved there by herself and continued her studies. she worked and studied very hard to one day become a doctor. as she lived alone in korea for a long time she grew to be responsible and independent. she then got a job to help keep her financially stabilized as a barista.
