  16. Martin Baron: Oh hey, not sure if I'm too late to pitch another idea to you, but ever thought about putting in a random event table for other GMs? Like for traveling the wastes or something around those lines. Also a list of various, nonrelated events that the GM can choose for players to go through if they can't come up with an event themselves?

  57. Everett Pillory: They are really salty about that. To be honest I don't really like Poppy-style all that much and it's a chore to work with.

  64. Everett Pillory: Poppy universe is Furries with [STAND]s
  65. You can come up with a decent furry with a stand.
  66. DJ-Max: In endtown you have the astronaught, etc, etc.
  67. Everett Pillory: But you know... people will scream "MARY SUE"
  68. DJ-Max: Endtown lets you make your own stories.
  69. Everett Pillory: In Endtown I can grab Average Joe and turn him into an OC
  70. M. Walker: Mmhm
  71. Clayton: It is a vast wasteland... a lot of opportunities for story.
  72. Martin Baron: They don't even explore the 「S T A N D」 fighting all that much, it's just normal, slice of life stuff.

  74. GM (GM): It's weird with poppy. Like every character is supposed to have some magitech stuff but it seems like everyone of them has a unique power.
  75. DJ-Max: Stand fighting isn't what the story is about though
  76. GM (GM): And that's outside of the lucky star stuff.
  77. GM (GM): Also that body guard possom reminds me too much of that Bernard from Grimm.
  78. Martin Baron: Plus I thought that Morbi shifting the story back because he realized it would work better in the past was a bad move

  98. Mostly formating. Tables are now a grey box for easy reading.

  103. GM (GM): I should note: Chrome is terrible for column formating. It might be easier to read if you download it to a word processing program. Like literally anything but google docs.
  104. Besides that monday we had tweeks to contortion to be a 1d100+agi roll.
  105. With that said,
  106. We Begin!
  107. Clayton glances around the landscape absentmindedly in his downtime. The team has been down for much longer than they should have... don't they know only to drop off the gear? Clayton stands up and strectches his arms. It's time to head down and check on them. "Hershel, I'm headed down to see what's taking them so long. Stay put here."
  108. GM (GM): Hershel acknowledges!
  109. Clayton! You are greeted with your allies standing over a curfluffle with three monsters!
  110. Everett Pillory checks on DJ's wounds after the round of bandaging... he thinks he's safe for now but a hospital trip is seriously needed.
  111. Martin Baron calls one of the police over, explaining in detail the fight that occurred before they arrived.
  112. DJ-Max nods to Everett. "I'm alright. No worries...."
  113. M. Walker wipes her brow, the knot of anxiety fading
  114. Clayton walks upon the scene, he clasps his hands to head. "What the hell happened!?"
  115. Everett Pillory: SHIT HAPPENED!
  116. GM (GM): ((Pretty accurate.))
  117. Clayton: "I told you to turn in some gear! What did you do?"
  118. Everett Pillory: Nothing. We got attacked
  119. Martin Baron turns to Clayton, stopping his conversation short "We got attacked by these guys as soon as came down here. There was two of them, and then... I... I don't know how to explain what happened."
  120. Clayton: (( Are the police still here? ))
  121. GM (GM): ((Yep, two in full riot gear.))
  122. The two cops have been busing themselves with handling your latest captures.
  123. M. Walker looks up at Clayton, nodding to Martin's story. "We were jumped by, those..."
  124. M. Walker: ((Also Hi Cas))
  125. Martin Baron: (( Cas Hutson. Sounds like a robot NASA would send to the Moon. ))
  126. DJ-Max rolls his arm. "gonna be feelin' this tomorrow."
  127. Clayton takes a deep sigh and he looks to the police, walking up to them. "I sent this group down here to turn in some gear, can you explain what's going on here?"
  128. Cas Hutson: ((Eyy, this is Ernest over here, and huh.. It kinda does.))
  129. Everett Pillory earperks at Clay saying "I sent" like he's in charge here, it makes the red randa hiss in anger under his nose.
  130. DJ-Max takes notice of that and gives him a small nudge. Not the time to think about it, and more so, not the time to care about it.
  131. DJ-Max: >Everett, specifically.
  132. Clayton looks over the group in the meantime, they already look worse for wear... a perfect start to their mission. He steps between the group. "Well... Is everyone alright at least?.. nobody maimed for life?"
  133. Martin Baron: "Yes, we're fine... DJ needs some bandages though."
  134. M. Walker chuckles dryly with his remark
  135. Everett Pillory gets up and starts to walk off towards where the police said the people are... "I'm fine."
  136. Clayton is glad to see some spirit still left in the group, he looks to martin. "Is the hospital still open?"
  137. The cops address your group, "Thanks for your help. We'll get this lot to the jail but I think you all should report to Building A if you guys want to help out here.
  138. DJ-Max: "I hope so... but, I don't think I'd do well staying still to long. Heh."
  139. Martin Baron: "Maybe. It's holding everybody else here... Well, everybody else that aren't chewed to a pulp."
  140. Clayton nods after DJ and the cops. "Right... well let's get you inside then. Then we can get our stuff turned in." He moves to help lift DJ seeing as he is uninjured.
  141. Martin Baron: (( Reminder: Let's check out the market place and "borrow" some walkie talkies. ))
  142. (( After visiting the hospital. ))
  143. Clayton: (( almost forgot ))
  144. Martin Baron: (( We wont feel bad about it because it's for the greater good. ))
  145. DJ-Max accepts Clayton's help. He does state however he can walk. Although Clayton could probably carry him rather easily.

  165. It looks like this area is too well tread to have anything useful.

  169. Clayton grimaces, this area must be under siege or something to justify this much ammo being used... He shakes is head, and heads inside building A with DJ

  173. Martin Baron: (( Check the Sock Market room for any valuables. ))
  174. Everett Pillory is already there with the paper folded out trying to find out the person that issued it
  175. Clayton looks for a doctor
  176. Martin Baron taps Everett on the shoulder. "Found out where the guy is?"
  177. GM (GM): There is a in the middle of the floor, he appears to be talking to his bird nurse
  178. Everett Pillory: Nah not yet...
  179. GM (GM): Mar Eve! You are looking for that ferret, "Jonesie" Last you saw him he was on the top floor of B
  180. Clayton moves to meet the doctor. "Hey Doc. I got a someone who might need some stichin..." He points to DJ.
  181. GM (GM): The sock room is in the basement.
  182. Martin Baron thanks the doctor for the directions and proceeds to the top of B floor, calling Everett to tag along.
  183. DJ-Max waves to the doc.
  184. GM (GM): The doctor agrees. He says that he can help but he'll need to operate for about an hour.
  185. Everett Pillory marches along with Martin. He wishes to finish off this delivery ASAP.
  186. Clayton shrugs, Take as much time as you need. You're the professional."
  187. GM (GM): Proceed to skybrige B
  188. DJ-Max: "...O-operate..."
  189. The doctor begins his work. With the right supplies and the nurse, DJ is healed +85.
  190. Martin Baron waves goodbye to the group, hoping Max will heal up quickly.
  191. Clayton glances down at DJ. "Is uh... that a problem?"
  192. Martin Baron: (( Good thing we delivered that medical supplies here. ))
  193. DJ-Max: "N-no just... Er nothing!"
  194. Clayton: (( Well that's too bad, they already operated while you weren't looking ))
  195. DJ is heavily bandaged. With more time the doc can heal up to 175hp.
  196. Clayton: How much more time?
  197. DJ-Max is at full health.
  198. GM (GM): The doctor says another hour or two.
  199. Clayton leaves the decision with DJ
  200. Martin Baron: (( Go for the overcharge ))

  202. DJ is consumed by a firey blue glow as the doc uses his heal gun on him!
  203. GM (GM): But really he says to try not to pop a stitch.
  204. DJ-Max will wait to feel truly better.
  205. DJ-Max: "As long as I don't move to much I'll be fine right?"
  206. Doc: as long as you don't get eaten you'll be fine at this point.
  207. The doc blinks.
  208. Clayton R.: "Rest if you need to. I'm go and check on the rest of the group here. Take it easy for now... Eh, just take it easy with the capoeira." he says, heading into the lobby.
  209. Doc: wait, I remember your group here...
  210. DJ-Max 's ears perk up when the doctor says that "...Only good memories I hope."
  211. Doc: Listen, I know you guys are 'gophers' or whatever. Truth is things are flipping pancakes here. If you could please head out into the other buildings and streets and get whoever you can to come to building A, alright?
  212. Martin Baron: (( We XCOM civilian rescue forces now ))
  213. Clayton recoils. "What, do you know how big these buildings are? That would take forever."
  214. GM (GM): ((Forgot to note that there are alot of people in building A. Some are injured and some are not.\
  215. Doc: I'm willing to pay. Please, these people are civilians. They are not armed like your company here.
  216. Martin Baron: (( This really is XCOM. Clayton's the commander, we're the operatives. ))
  217. GM (GM): The doc is clearly trying to appeal to that heroism tick you guys may or may not have.

  223. Clayton R. sighs,"Look... Doc. Money isn't really the issue here. Our asses are already on the line for another mission, and I just don't know if we have the time to spare... i really don't know." he looks to his compatriots with him in the lobby for some guidance. "What do you guys think?"

  225. Everett Pillory: (( And now Clay notices Martin and Everett are gone and goes "Guys? GUYS??!!"

  228. The Doc nods apathetically and proceeds back to his work. He has better things to do than argue you down.
  229. GM (GM): M.E.! Building B looks pretty empty from this floor. There are two doors... and an elevator.
  230. Martin Baron: "The doc said the top... Does this elevator even work?"
  231. Everett Pillory bites his lower lip "Can we just take the stairs instead?"
  232. GM (GM): Martin! Your superior hearing has picked up: Scratching and growling.

  234. Martin Baron eye's widen. He holds his finger up to Everett to try and shush him. He tries to listen closely to determine where the sound is coming from.

  245. Everett Pillory pulls out his shotgun and whispers to Martin "Are we in a buddy cop movie or something?"
  246. Martin Baron: "It'll be a snuff film if we don't be careful."

  279. Just then a black tentacle, as thick as a line of coax comes from the ceiling and slips around his neck, pulling him into the air!
