PERSONALITY ↻ to say yu-hsuan is a perfectionist is an understatement. he wants everything to be equal, and he's so organized that even the tiniest disorganisation or the smallest defect from a schedule is enough to make his day bad. he also usually has very high standards, and in the rare chance that someone does meet them, he'll make it his job to befriend that person. otherwise, he wants nothing to do with them. however, yu-hsuan is such a perfectionist that he thinks that he can't change himself anymore; this was the way he was made, and he cannot change even though he genuinely wants to. honestly, this boy just wants to be loved but he doesn't know how, since everyone around him just labelled him as 'unlikeable'. despite this, yu-hsuan is hardworking, and doesn't like to cheat or use very weasel-like 'advantages' to boost himself up to the top; he knows he's better than that.

BACKGROUND ↻ yu-hsuan was born as the youngest among his seven siblings, all of whom currently have very successful lives, are wealthy, have husbands and wives, and are very influential. among all of them, yu-hsuan was labelled as the unfavourable child by his own parents, who expected perfection from him, and so, he also expected perfection for himself. every day in his life was dedicated to bettering himself, trying to impress his parents, but nothing was ever enough for them. when he achieves something, they only start comparing him to his siblings and this disheartened him so much to the point that he wanted to run away from home and never comeback. well, he did. he ran away to korea when he was barely 18. he moved in with a friend, who was incredulously more financially stable than yu-hsuan, and wanted to help him but he refused the help and decided to get a job of his own.

HOW DID THEY MEET ↻ "well, l/i and i first met while i was fixing some of the loose stacks of things in the store because of everyone just leaving things they didn't want everywhere . . . ugh, so stressful and frustrating. i was minding my business, fixing the stacks with what i could make do with, and he just bumped into me with his cart! the wheel hit my ankle and it bruised for three months. i was angry but i was too much in pain to even yell at him. he decided to help me and even treat me to dinner every week to make up for it. i couldn't exactly say no, so i agreed."
