Wow I really wasn't expecting that, I'm not against the idea at all. I have a REALLY hectic work schedule being on call 24/7/365. So I generally can't take on a ton of responsibility and just try to help out where I can. That sounds great, I'm more than happy to answer anyone's questions, help them learn the reverse maneuver, teach them the strengths of their aircraft and weaknesses of others. Help them figure out what may work best for them etc. I wouldn't feel right leaving people hanging if I got called out to work, or had to stay late and missed out on something important being the leader of the bunch.[/QUOTE]
